I used to use another company to do my repairs but after having a repair done to my Lexus I was so satisfied that when my truck was hit I didn't even bother going anywhere else. It doesn't hurt that they always save me money on my deductible. I have been a customer of Miracle Paint and body for 4 years and I would not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else.
We can pick up your vehicle if it is drivable. If your car is not driveable we can have your vehicle towed using Richard's Towing Company or Texas Towing. Call us and we can make arrangments. If you would like it towed here are two trusted companies we recommend. The length of time needed for your repair is dependant on the amount of damage done to your vehicle.

I’ve been in 2 no fault accidents. One a hit and run. Both times took my vehicles to MBP. Although it took several months to get by second vehicle back, due to no fault of MBP directly, the work performed and professionalism were exceptional. Plus they were very helpful with the deductible. Highly recommended.

Freddy went above and beyond! If you have to pay out of pocket for any work done, this is the place! Amazing service and transparency throughout the whole process. This was very important to us because we had to pay for damages from an accident out of pocket. So affordable and great quality work is done. Will definitely be taking our other vehicles there.

This shop is not has zero communication I came to drop off my car for repair after I have to adjust my schedule specifically for this day had to make sure I was available they failed to call me to let me know they aren't taking my car today I come to drop it off and to my surprise they tell me they are cancelling my appt. Although I understand the reasons why it's so hard to forgive them for never communicating this to me. with them had had know that there was so coverage at the shop since the last two weeks it just shows how dis-organized they are. My daughter had a car accident and we had to tow our car to Miracle body & paint body shop to repair the car. Since I had to take my daughter to the hospital also had to take care other matters therefore it took few days for us to get back to the body shop. Let me tell you , being in a car reck is always a negative situation. But all was turned into a positive at Miracle Paint & Body! Everyone makes you feel at home and takes care of you. Freddie helped me today after I'd hit something in the road. I was so worried about everything hanging down while I drive and needed some kind of help even temporary work. He took it back for me and put some bolts (with my permission) and brought it back very quick. He even went and got some tape and cut a bunch to wrap my car to help prevent any further damage or weight on it! Even covered my damaged light. It looks fantastic for temp work! I took my vehicle in on September 11, 2021 after in an unfortunate accident. As of December 3, 2021, I have yet to receive my repaired vehicle. The body shop has been giving me the runaround for weeks and fails to update me on anything. They choose to blame my insurance company for the delay. I was told on November 9, 2021 that I was able to pick up my, "repaired" vehicle. Upon inspection, parts were not lining up and it was a terrible job. I was told by the general manager as well as the advisor that the issues would be corrected, yet almost 4 weeks later, again nothing has been done

I had a great experience with Freddy Galvan. He provided excellent service and was always available to answer any questions I had. He made the process so much easier. I was able to save money which was awesome. This was my first time here and will definitely be back in the event I need more body work done. I would recommend asking for Freddy to assist you on your vehicle when coming here. You won’t be disappointed. The quality of work here was also top notch. My truck looked amazing .

Never ever, ever take your vehicle to Miracle Body and Paint. There's a long list of things they've messed up on when "repairing" my truck. They broke my frame, which technically totaled the truck, (luckily, we can fix that). Installed the wrong wheels that don't even fit without using a spacer, not unheard of, until you realize that the wheels on the passenger side of the truck are offset 2-1/4" more than their new ones, I'd need a spacer that size! (They're crazy) Had to order a whole new set of wheels, since the original wheels have been discontinued;

Me and my fiancé's car got damaged during the winter storm and couldn't drive it any further to get home so we parked it at miracle body and paint until we could get it towed. We called after the storm to let them know the car would be towed and it wouldn't be there much longer. Well they wanted to take a look at it and see what they could do. My fiancé let them and after being assured the car was going to be fixed correctly and be in good hands we felt good about it. UPDATE: After getting in touch with a friend with ties to Miracle, we were able to get in contact with Michael and the owner, Mr.Manuel Rubio. He was very kind and apologetic about the whole situation which he actually had no idea about. Though I was uneasy about taking my car in yet again, he reassured me that he himself would be supervising my car's repairs from start to finish and would make sure everything was thoroughly taken care of. He also offered us a free rental while my car was back in the shop. The repair's were made in just a little over a week and my car is back to brand

Miracle does it again! It's been a few years since I was last here I had an accident where I drove into a gas station and drove too close to the guard rails they have on each end of the gas pump and damaged both my passenger door and back door as well. It totaled the bottom panel and wen ahead and gave Miracle a call. Pearl is always friendly and helpful at the front and she assigned us to Steven whom we had worked for in the past. I explained over the phone in great detail that I had a bumper to be installed. I was told to bring the bumper over. Once I got there another person said they only work with insurance claims. I asked them why didn't they just tell me that over the phone, I wouldn't have even gone through the trouble to transport my bumper over there in my car. Thanks for not being straight forward with me, it would have been easy for you to be honest from the get go.

I always like to have a "cooling off" period to write reviews & send emails or texts when I'm upset so miracle went up one star due to the fact that our adjuster did communicate on a weekly basis. My vehicle took over 45 days which was 15 over the projected completion and that's not very what set me off. Upon picking up my vehicle the right side rear bumper was not snapped on and the tail light did not function. Additionally there was no rear inner tire liner on the rear vehicle so I was informed that they just noticed it and had to order the part. My vehicle was not detailed

The most frustrating experience with a business I've ever had. Make sure you go over the damage report on your vehicle when you bring it in. Get a copy of it too.
After my car had been here for over one month for repairs, the best part about it is now I have trim panels loose / misaligned on the car with paint overspray on other panels, and the clear coat is roughed in a few spots. I don't want to go back here to fix anything as I've had a hard enough time with them. I can't believe the "service" I received.
I also wish the staff and especially the manager on site

They will delete your negative reviews. Been here for repairs once, the staff is insane and they have a lawyer in the back ready to sue anyone they think they can get money out of. Yes they offer money off your deductible but do you really think they are taking it out of their profit? Think again. I won't tell you what they are doing as they would probably sue me. So just think about it.

They were off to a good start, I noticed that the receptionist is a very skilled individual and works as efficiently as is politely possible (I am very impressed). All of the claims writers seem to depend on Pearl minute to minute.
After a couple of weeks. We have dealt with the insurance company that is responsible, approvals, difficult parts to secure, and mechanical systems. Almost all of the process was done without any inconvenience to me. The receptionist advocated for a more reasonable rental to be covered, since my size and use of a vehicle required at least a full size sedan

After my frustrating incident with a dump truck, These guys were absolutely amazing, and made the process as less stressful as it could ever be. I can't help but express my gratitude in every way shape and form. From pearl, Freddy, all the way to upper management Mr. Gero and all the staff in between, they made my experience here amazing. They kept in contact with me through the whole time my car was there, they also provided me with a super gas friendly rental car and didn't even have to leave the premises! By far the worst experience I've had with a paint and body shop. Brought my wife's car there to have some rear bumper damage repaired. What should have taken a week to fix ended up being almost a 3 week ordeal.
When I initially went to pick up the vehicle after the repairs were "complete", I found that the bumper didn't line up with the other body lines. The service person helping me tried to fix this by pushing and pulling on the bumper to get things lined up. I told him I wouldn't accept the vehicle until it was properly fixed, which he begrudgingly agreed to.

During my 'vacation', Jr decided to take my car for a spin. I mean really, who cares about those silly legal requirements like DLs and such. Sure enough, what happens to inexperienced teen drivers happened to her. The good news is she lived to tell the tale and so did everyone around her.

Steer clear from this place. Took my car here for some minor repair and it took a month to get it fixed. If you ever get Steve Wagner get another person to take care of you. I told him about some issues I had with the repair and I felt like I was lied to. I ended up fixing it myself. I went back there to show him how unprofessional the work that was done and he basically said he'll order the parts. Weeks come no calls from the guy. Months now since I moved from Texas.
