One of the few places that can do body work on Teslas and they do a great job at it. Does take a while to get on their calendar though but understandable. Kelsea was amazing about giving me updates on the process and timeline for my Tesla. They made it easy to work with my insurance (USAA) and the rental company (Enterprise). Alamo Heights Collision handled it all and did an amazing job!

My conclusion after hiring Alamo Heights Collision to address a minor incident damaging my new Tesla 3 is that they are courteous, prompt and professional…and their secret weapon is the ever-gracious and supremely competent Kelsea. Via text and photos, Kelsea was able to discern the damage and quickly ordered my parts and scheduled me for a quick installation without any fanfare. I am grateful for this level of service, especially with the difficulty in identifying Tesla approved providers.

Outstanding communication and service. My Tesla 3 came back in terrific condition, with no glitches after a pretty serious crunch that necessitated work here.

My company truck was damaged due to hail earlier this year. I took it to Alamo Heights Collision Center for the repairs. The hood and roof had to be replaced so I was very apprehensive about how it would turn out. The quality of the repairs and paint came our very good and in a reasonable length of time, especially since my truck is used in business and the rental could not be used in the same manner.

Long story short. My husband and I just recently bought a model 3 this past summer. A diesel ended up hitting me and leaving a huge dent in my door among other damages along the quarter panel. I was extremely nervous and scared about the whole situation because I have had previous bad experiences at other shops with my dodge 1500. Christian and his team were very professional throughout the whole process of bodywork and paint. Additionally, they worked with my insurance company to undo my misfortune with a tree. The end result was perfect. Additionally, the truck was ready on the day they promised at the beginning. It looks like new. I hope I don't have to use them again; but if I do, I will take any vehicle only to them.

I am rather picky about my vehicle, I know this shop is the only shop that is Tesla certified (I would assume they had vey high standards) and I had several people recommend this shop.
