I moved here from the East Coast hoping to find a dentist that was as wonderful as mine was there. I thought this office was it. I was very wrong. From the start, he only wanted to do expensive work. I somehow ended up with a cavity under a brand new bridge. He said he had to cut it off because of its location, which is suspect to me. I trusted him so I allowed him to do it because he pretty much gave me no option. I had a cavity in the tooth next to the temporary bridge and he refused to fill it. Wanted me to put a crown on it. The staff all had their masks on the entire time, they took the time to explain everything I had questions about and took the time to discuss options of care moving forward. They never pushed any services on me and were beyond respectful! I’m so thankful they did not try to discuss any of my health records that did not pertain to my dental care and were beyond respectful the entire visit. They were happy to hear my concerns and try to do their absolute best to ease any worries or concerns I had moving forward with future visits. I had the most amazing experience at Dr Powell’s office. I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 20yrs, I was extremely nervous. Let me tell you, the professionalism and warmth of every staff member was nerve calming. Very little dental work is needed on my end. I’m more than satisfied and have been spreading the word of my pleasant experience, I’m excited for my next visit to say the least. Thank you to Dr Powell and all Staff!!

I've been to SO many dentists throughout my life and I don't ever plan on leaving this place!! They are AMAZING. They actually talk to you like a person and not just their next patient. They actually care how you're doing and not just going through the motions. They're considerate about all things always making sure you're as comfortable as possible. They're fair and understanding when it comes to costs. I recommend them to EVERYONE I know. So glad I found them.
