Now a days, every where you go, it feels like everyone is burnt out over the pandemic and personal matters. It’s understandable to a degree. However, for those that continue to give great care and customer service through it all deserves to be thanked to and appreciated. My dentist made me feel very comfortable. He was very informative, so was his assistant. The billing department and receptionist were welcoming, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was covered. And the office had a very positive vibe and was all the way up to date with the latest.

I have been with Crown Dental for 2 years now. I have always been satisfied with the quality of work. I would give this practice a five star rating. I have come in twice with a broken crown and Dr. Cantu has always worked me in, even when he has a full schedule. The staff is so helpful and polite, they get my insurance coverage benefits figured out on the spot, the office is clean, the music is uplifting and peaceful, and always so gentle when working on my teeth. I would recommend this practice to everyone without reservation.

I absolutely LOVE this office! Everyone is so friendly and kind while being truly professional and competent. I truly felt heard and cared for by everyone. Even though the office was extraordinarily busy with emergency appointments, my own appointment (new patient visit, x-rays, consultation, and cleaning) was never rushed. I felt at ease during my entire stay. Kudos to Jocelyn, Eduardo, and Dr. Mendoza. I just can't say enough good things about Crown Dental and I'm SO glad I'm a patient here now. My only regret is not coming here sooner! 😉
