Where do I start Ali, Cheryl and his staff is a top notch towing agency. Our car got stolen from our parking garage a couple days ago and after being found was towed by them. Told us it would be $250 to pick up the car after hours or $300 in the morning. Came the next morning to pay the $300 and the car would not turn over. Offered to tow it to the house or park it on the street where they put it in the red zone. They only told us what was wrong with the car after AAA started towing it.
Overcharged for a stolen car and ended up paying more.

I called since it told me they were less than 5 miles away from me. I had a blowout and was on the left hand side of a very busy freeway. The dispatch lady who helped me took down where I was on the freeway, and the direction, exit, etc. and stated it would take 15 to 20 minutes. She also stated the hookup was $80 and $8 dollars a mile. After 18 minutes the tow truck driver calls and states its 15 to 20 minutes before he arrives and then gives me lip when I question this with him. He showed up 18 minutes later after having to turn around because he stated the dispatcher did not tell him I was on

Car was towed there after a car accident. They agreed to credit (1) day of Storage ($41.), so I could get Title of car from OC to have it towed out to a salvage yard, as agreed too by Ali the Manager. Then went to pay bill and they claimed it was only, if I give them the title and not the Salvage company I had agreed to sell the car too. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
In another incident (about 3 weeks prior) with another car (not mine) their tow driver stole a work Cell Phone that was 1 week old, that was in the center console, towed by them for 1 day.

THIS IS A GOOD TOW COMPANY SO LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I was on the 15n and I hit a pothole that popped both left tires! I got to the side safely and quickly looked up tows. 2 companies with better ratings told me they were too busy. What?? In this time of need who wants to hear that? Another said 3 hr wait..?! So I called guardian and they came in less then 30 minutes and Farhad slapped my car on his truck in like 2 minutes! Had me to discount tires in minutes! He was friendly, and gave me suggestions on how to save money on the tow and the tires! And the operator was also friendly, kept in contact

I had hit a curb and one of my front tire blew out and so I called to request a towing. The lady who picked up was super nice and helpful and made me feel less stressed! The towing truck came very fast around 20 minutes and the guy was super nice too. Overall, They have great customer service and Was fast and affordable!

Your driver Ben truly was like an angel had a blowout on I 15 and he came with 30 minutes of reporting it and change the tire..we drove off and my spare then blew put, then he towed me on his flatbed 19 miles stopping along the way for some supply I indented to pick up. Truly a wonderful experience dealing with him

I was in an accident Friday and taken directly to the hospital. The police arranged towing through these criminals. Their site says 24 hours but if you call you get no answer, just an out going voicemail that says in order to retrieve items from your car outside of M-F from 9-5 (FROM an advertised 24/7 company) you must pay them $100. This is quite literally highway robbery. This is unethical and I can't believe the police partner with these guys. What's worse, this is a 3 day weekend so they won't be open Monday either!

They towed my car from the accident scene after I left in an ambulance. I was hurt and unable to get to the tow yard until I got a rental vehicle. This happened to be a Saturday. I had spoken to Guardian Towing on Friday but was never informed there would be a $100 gate fee to access my vehicle after hours or on the weekend. So I got there and there was no one there. When I called, they refused to come to let me get anything from my vehicle unless I would pay an additional $100. It's not right that they can hold your property for ransom when you've been the victim of an accident. I could not get

I've delt with a hand full of towing companies and Guardian Towing is by far the best! My mother got in a car accident and got rushed in to the E.R! I was at work while this happened. The SDPD sent Guarding Towing to get my mothers car which was totalled. Randie is the person i talked to over the phone and was amazing. She answered all the questions i had with out giving me a fuss or short answers like other towing compaines. She actually cared about my situation and asked how my mother was going. Thanks Randie for the great customer service!!!

Recently got in a car accident and having my car picked up by them was the worst. CHP got then out there for me. Terrible customer service. The lady at the front desk doesn't know one thing about being considerate or kind. In a time of crisis the last thing you want to do is deal with horrible people, they really don't care

Beware, they're good in ripping off people in need. I was involved in an accident (not my fault) and they towed my car. After several days, as my bills were piling up and I didn't hear from insurance yet, they offered to buy the car for more than a $1000 below the salvage value. They refused to tow it in my garage, so I had no other option.

These guys rescued my son and I when my car couldn't quite make it to the mechanics and lame AAA had me on hold forever! The operator who took our info was friendly and let us know a driver would get to us within 25 mins. Our driver/hero Matt showed up just in the nick of time, it started to rain. Hooked up the car got us buckled in safely. he was friendly, made my usually grumpy infant son smile, drove safely in the rain to our destination, and gave me some helpful car related tips :) Their rates are reasonable considering how quickly and efficiently they helped us out!
