I attempted to get an appointment for 2 months. I called about a dozen times. “Ryan is out in The field” is all I could ever get from the receptionist. Couldn’t get a call back, couldn’t get an appointment. So frustrating since EGR did my original plat. I eventually called Poage and got an appointment scheduled for 3 weeks from the day. That’s how business should go.
