We were purchasing a home in Oklahoma from Wisconsin, being the market is strong for sellers we appreciated Chris’ guidance and quick responses. Chris was willing to go to our home and do a video walk thru for us, so helpful as we needed to make a quick decision. When we arrived he met us the day before closing so we could see what we were purchasing and made sure our closing was stress free. They were also very helpful when I ran into issues concerning utilities and following up to make sure everything was taken care of. CG Homes was such a wonderful business to work with! They helped my husband (fiancé at the time) and I find and buy the perfect first home. We had a great experience with this real estate team! They knew the city extremely well, because they grew up here and have spent their whole career here. Our realtor was very good at helping us realize the true values of the homes we were shown, which made it much easier to determine a reasonable contract price--and helped us avoid overpaying for a property just because we loved it. As we were finding homes online that appealed to us, it was quite helpful that our realtor worked our options into his list of options for us. And he must work 7 days a week, because no matter what day we saw a good
