One of our vans needed a battery jump. Things went smooth with the dispatcher at first and they even mentioned that it was a slow day for them. We put down a credit card to be charged after the job was done. They arrived at our location in West Hollywood in about 15 minutes and thats when things went downhill. The driver demanded $220 in cash up front, despite us already putting down a credit card with the dispatcher. That would have been $220 in addition to the quoted $79 for the service fee. The driver tried to haggle with us and say he would waive the $79 if we gave him a new credit card, even

Worst tow company ever! Stay away from them. I asked flat bed service and they quoted me one price and when he came time for the tow, the driver mid way called to say it was a different price.
Sam's Hollywood Towing says they quoted me a price but it's up to the driver to price the tow. He wanted $3,000 for a tow originally quoted at $350. Yes, you read that right, he tried to extort me for more money after he already picked up my car.
This place is a scam. Stay far away from them!

John was amazing in helping our family when we had a flat tire with our little Nissan Quest. We had our crying twin infants and 3 year old in tow and he was there in less than 10 minutes (as he quoted) and understood the sense of urgency. Super nice (and Funny in light of the situation) guy and we'd gladly call him first instead of Triple A anytime. Thanks John for saving the day!

I wanted to write this review and show my appreciation to Sam and his whole towing crew at Sam`s Hollywood towing. I needed a towing, a service after my accident last Tuesday, And i really didn't call any towing company my insurance company did and later on i found out it was Sam and his tow drivers. They came, cleaned up the accident theme and took my vehicle to their towing lot in West Hollywood CA.
Overall a very good towing experience. without any issues whatsoever.
Just wanted to thank the dispatch team that explained me and answered all my towing questions.
