Growing Tree
The Growing Tree Christian Preschool is a vibrant and exciting ministry of the Presbyterian Church of Palm Harbor that continues to offer to the community the opportunity for Christian nurturing of preschool aged children in two, three and four year old classes (VPK), as well as a Mother's Morning Out, Lunch Bunch, Before and After Care, and Summer Programs.

The Growing Tree seeks to provide sound educational experiences within an environment of Christian faith and love. We are committed to developing your child's sense of identity as a unique and special person. Our students engage in a variety of activities which encourage cognitive development, emotional growth and kindergarten readiness.

Please clearly mark all of your child's belongings with his or her name (cups, diapers, blankets, etc.).
Hope you'll join us at Hackett's Cafe & Creamery at the corner of Curlew Rd and Alt.19 on the last Wednesday of every month for Spirit Night (a fundraiser for the Growing Tree). If you go between 12-8pm and tell them you're from the Growing Tree they will donate 10% of your bill to us! They have fabulous pizza, sandwiches and ice cream AND on Wednesdays you can get 2 for 1 glasses of wine.
The Parent Club at The Growing Tree is a group of parent and family members who are involved in volunteering at the school for events, fundraisers and much more! If you are interested in becoming involved, please don't hesitate to contact the Growing Tree office. Kavela Coffee's 'Coffee in the Cloud' online fundraising program allows our student's family and friends, near and far, the opportunity to contribute to our organization.

Can't say enough great things about the Growing Tree Preschool in Palm Harbor. Our two daughters have attended and we could not have asked for a better preschool experience. The director, teachers and staff are experienced and professional. We felt they truly cared about our children. Thank you Growing Tree!

My daughter has attended for the past two years and loved it! The staff are great really care about the kids! I felt great taking my child there every day, it's a safe and loving environment. When your child loves going to school, you feel great about taking them. The school is great in every way and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and caring place where their child will learn and feel welcome.

If you want your child to have the best preschool experience before elementary school this is the school you choose. The teachers are wonderful examples of Christian leadership and take the time to love and nurture the children. I have been so blessed to share in my children's preschool experience with opportunities to volunteer and support the children and staff. I highly recommend this school to begin your child's journey through school with a Christ centered emphasis.

The Growing Tree has been an awesome experience for my daughter. We moved here a few months after school began and found this school based on a neighbor's recomendation, and we could not be happier. Moving away from family and starting a new school can be difficult but the office staff and her teachers at The Growing Tree were fantastic. They helped my daughter easily make this adjustment. In a very short period of time she had new friends and looks froward to going to school everyday! I am enrolling my son in the 3 year old program next year!

Every incident where the director is brought in is blown out of proportion. They don’t work with the parents to create positive reinforcement. The expectations of the children’s behavior are unrealistic. Whenever I would drop my child off at school I would hear another teacher in the 4 year old class yelling at the children in the courtyard. The first time I figured she was having a bad day but after it became a common occurrence there is no excuse. My child only attended twice a week and one of his teacher’s always made negative comments about my child whenever I picked him up. Toddler’s
