Every donation & purchase supports the services provided to patients and families receiving hospice care. If you or a loved one are facing the final months of life, Chaplaincy Hospice Care can help add quality living to each day while keeping you comfortable in your own home.

Although our Palliative Care service has been discontinued, relief of symptoms and stress are a vital part of Chaplaincy Hospice Care and an important reason to begin hospice services early.Cork's Place provides a safe and supportive environment where children, teens and families who are grieving can share their experiences as they move through their healing process.
Services
When you make a donation to Chaplaincy Health Care you are ensuring that no one in our community suffers through life-limiting illness alone, grieves alone, or faces life's challenges alone. Your contributions help to provide expert guidance to all who need it, not just those who can afford it.

Ways to Remember - Make a heartfelt gift in remembrance of a loved one or in appreciation of someone special while benefiting future patients and families dealing with illness, loss, and grief.Repeat Boutique Hospice Thrift Stores - Shop, donate or volunteer at Chaplaincy Repeat Boutique and become a partner in our mission of caring for our community.
Chaplaincy Health Care focuses on the entire person - their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Through all our services we guide, comfort, and care for people experiencing serious illness, end-of-life, loss and grief. The types of people who thrive here are highly committed and place value on service to others and strive for improvement.
Prescriptions, equipment and supplies related to your hospice plan of care are covered in full. Chaplaincy Hospice Care is for anyone in the advanced stages of any life-limiting illness. Hospice patients have a limited life expectancy and agree to receive care designed for comfort rather than a cure.
The death of a significant person can be a time of great pain. Grief may affect you physically and emotionally. You may experience shock and numbness; sadness, anger, fatigue and exhaustion; restlessness and irritability. You may find yourself crying unexpectedly, searching for something or you may be forgetful, confused or distracted.
When a death occurs, children may not exhibit the telltale signs of grief the same way as adults. It may appear that the child is doing fine or if the child does act out, it is considered bad behavior. Cork's Place provides a safe and supportive environment where children, teens and families who are grieving a death can share their experiences as they move through their healing process.

Such a nice place and the people there really do make you feel like family... Obviously you are only coming here in rough times but they truly do make the experience better by their kindness.

Many years ago I went thru the suicide of my mate. It was a very dark and difficult time for me. But TriCities Chapliancy was there and helped me so much. We started a group Survivors of Suicide and it was a great help to many of us. It is so nice to see the the Chapliancy is still there offering hope and support to those in need. Thank you Chapliancy for being there.

The staff cared for our mother, these people are exactly what you’d Want to care for your loved one. It takes a special person to work in the hospice environment, and this place must have found the best of the best! They not only provided the level of care we wanted but did not feel we could provide at our home for our mother, but they supported us, gave us information, educated us and we felt we were cared for as much as our mother. Thank you from the bottom of our ❤️s!

My mother was cared for during the last week of her life at Chaplaincy Hospice House and I don't think we could have asked for a better place to be during this difficult, sad time. The nurses and assistant nurses and all the staff at the Hospice House were the very definition of compassion and love and supported us with so much gentleness as we said goodbye to our beloved mom. In a situation that left my mom feeling so robbed of her independence and sense of self, they offered her so much compassion and dignity in the way they treated her and spoke to her. They encouraged her and us in every painful

This review is from all of the staff at Three Rivers Place. Our assisted living community is thankful for the superb care you guys offer. You guys have taken care of a few of our residents. Every interaction has been meaning and special. We had staff, residents and their family members visiting other residents at your hospice house. Every single person came back saying how welcoming you guys were. A special thank you to Heather R. for thinking of Three Rivers Place and reaching out to us when she feels we can meet a residents needs.

Our mothers stay was short; however we found Hospice to be warm and comforting. We were so at peace with mom there during her final hours. The staff was attentive to her needs and ours. Thank you isn't enough to say - but it's meant from the bottom of our hearts.

My family made the difficult decision to move my grandpa from the ICU at Kadlec to the Chaplaincy Hospice House in February, and it was the best choice we could have made. After a second major cardiac arrest all of us realized that our loved one was dying, and we knew how much he disliked hospitals. So, we relocated him to a room at the hospice facility. The workers there were very caring and considerate of our grief, and the interior was warm and as inviting as it could have been. I am so thankful for each one of the hospice house staff. My grandpa passed away a day after the move, with all of

Very kind, accommodating, attentive staff. It takes a special kind of person to do this type of work and the Chaplaincy Hospice House is full of them. Thank you for caring for my father in law Larry Pond, and the entire family.

My Dad, Calvin, was transferred here from Trios on 1-3. He passed away the evening of 1-4. It is so peaceful there and the staff is awesome! We did not expect him to go so fast, he was so relaxed there and they made him comfortable. Thank you so much Dr. Kohan and the wonderful staff.
