Dr. Rachel Brennan has worked in many fast paced, multi-practitioner settings throughout her medical career but has always longed to open her own clinic where she could develop more authentic relationships with patients and families. In 2016, Dr. Brennan did just that when she founded Cornerstone Pediatrics, a direct primary care clinic where children receive high quality, personalized patient care.
Our reservation page allows you to choose a preferred date and time based on clinic availability. Dr. Brennan specializes in meeting the complex unique needs of children who have ongoing chronic medical conditions with; Allergy and Asthma Symptoms, Behavior Health (Anxiety and ADHD), Nutrition and Digestive Disorders, and Teen Health issues.
Once your child is an enrolled member of Cornerstone Pediatrics, there are several ways to schedule appointments to be seen. Same day, next day and after hours appointments are available. Appointments can be booked online through the Patient Portal, calling or texting the clinic or in person at the clinic.
In accordance with Oregon state law, when your child is referred for healthcare outside of our clinic, we are required to notify you that you may take your child to have the test, service or other evaluation performed at the facility advised by our provider but you are also free to take your child to the facility of your choice, at your discretion, to have the similar recommended tests, services or evaluation performed.
In most cases, your child's prescriptions will be sent electronically directly from our clinic to the pharmacy of your choice before you leave our clinic. A written prescription can be provided if you prefer. Occasionally there are hiccups in the system and the electronic prescription has trouble getting to the appropriate destination.
