Dr. Cicorelli is great. Most thorough and holistic dentist I've ever had. You can feel the passion she has for her job. Also it was the least pushy dental appointment I've ever had. There wasn't any trying to upsell or anything. She also didn't shoot unnecessary xrays just because insurance would pay for them. She was very attentive and really explained and showed me pictures of what she was treating. Highly recommended.

It was great to see everyone again. I really appreciated the steps taken to minimize exposure during the pandemic. I was completely at ease and the process was practically transparent. Liz taught me several things during my cleaning, Dr C checked me out, and Michelle and Kathi had me in and outta there efficiently. I didn’t get to talk much with Dr T, but I realize that everyone is working to adhere to a pretty strict schedule. Much appreciated and a great team and a great Practice. Can’t say enough good things, highly recommended and the best in my book!

Their billing practices can only be described as misleading. The dental plan that was created for me although detailed, also gave the impression that insurance would cover a much higher amount than it ultimately did. By the time the actual amount was determined (at least in my case), the services had already been rendered. I should have been tipped off on my initial call when they made known that they are not part of any insurance plan as many dentists aren't, but they also said at that time that they are not familiar the term "reasonable and customary charges", which became obvious when the invoice

. I have recently relocated here and went to her BUT they were not in my group..😑 . Then , I went to another 5 star rated group near by only because they were in my group !!! OmG. If you have any experience w dental exams ... you would run out the door. !!!!

Dr Massaro was excellent!! She was very informative every step of the way with my check up and was very gentle. I would refer her to anyone I know. Also I can't forget the staff. From the time you go into the office and when you leave each assistant made you feel so welcome. It felt like being in your own home.

I have been a patient with Dr Cicorelli since day one, back when she was an intern / apprentice with Dr McCutcheon. She is the consummate professional, very thorough in her assessments / treatments and makes you feel right at home like family. Her support staff is second to none; always kind, courteous and excessively happy!
