The best PR firm in the Seattle-Bellevue area is Seattle Public Relations, by far. My internal team just wasn't cutting it. I own precious nails and was pulling my hair out with figuring out the google thing. My BF told me about this place and the girls pooled our money together for a site and some branding and all i can say is wow.
wow wow wow. People type in nail salon and there we are. I don't know how they did it but they did it.
Prices are a little steep but they paid for themselves in about a week!

Our Pennsylvania University was plagued with a scandal of epic proportions and Seattle Public Relations came to our aid in an amazing and rapid response pushing most of the negative press to page 5 of Google. In addition, they managed to settle with the "assumed injured party" in a way that kept it out of the press.
