Many web designers have a knowledge only of the creative side of web design, but not the technical/marketing side of things. With the drag and drop page builders available today, web designers are quickly becoming really uneducated on the technical side of things.
This knowledge separates the good from the great because designers without knowledge in programming/marketing leave gaping holes in the functionality of a website. Which will affect your ability to get results in the long run.
