Ramon has had my vehicle for 3.5
years and he wanted $6,000 to repair it. I gave him half up front and another $1200 to buy a parts vehicle. All he has done on it is put a spare tire on it and let sit out in the open with a window open for the rain to cause more damage to the interior. He keeps giving me excuses about why he hasn't done anything more to finish repairing.it. When is he going to finish the work? I am a senior paralyzed Veteran.and the van is customized to allow Wheelchair access. My older car that I am using is getting harder & harder to get in and out of. When is he going to finish

Were a parts vendor they used us more then once always worked with us till customer wrote a bad check and never had the decency to pay us back , if you want to be scammed out of your money then this is the place to go so unprofessional . its against the law to write a bad check !!!

The team at Diamondback Collision have done multiple jobs for me. Anywhere from collision work to mechanic work. I've taken multiple vehicles and the team does a great job every time. Nice to work with a shop you can trust and thoughrly enjoy helping people. A bit unheard of these days. Great shop if you're looking for a standup shop who does good work.

I took my car in for repair for the whole front end and my back end needed repairs as well the car came home in perfect condition like it had never happened. The employees and management was awesome and verry friendly and listen to what I was needing and made my repairs seem like I had never had an axident I would recommend this business and would go here again if needed

I used Diamondback Collision after I got rear ended in my Escalade Ext. Ramon, picked my up and the rental place, made sure that I got a nice car,and was easy to contact during the process. Even though there was difficulties with the person's insurance company, Ramon kept me in the loop, did not allow her insurance to use refurbished or damaged parts. He battled for me to get quality and safe parts for my vehicle, even though it was more work for him and his techs. The bumper looks beautiful and very happy with the repair. Glad to have my truck back.

I received a response from the owner, Ramon, and he said this is a retaliation. My father was a painter and left his shady business because of what he did to my husband and I. He is not a mechanic and did not have any hand in the repairs of the vehicle. If this does not show how unprofessional this man is, let his unprofessionalism show how he responds and tries to throw someone else under the bus for his and his mechanics mistakes. Also this car was from the dealership and never had to be repaired prior to our collision. If my review isn’t enough read the other bad reviews and not one response

Very happy with the repair on my SUV.. I had damage on the hood, headlight, fog light, bumper, grille, front fender and several scratches down the passenger side from my collision. Now, it looks as though it never happened! The process was seamless and they saved me money by taking care of my deductible. Highly impressed with the quality of the repair and the savings. I definitely recommend Diamondback Collision and can't thank them enough!!!

I brought in my girlfriend’s 2014 Hyundai Elantra after getting rear ended on her way to work. Ramon and his team were very professional along the whole repair process. It was our first time dealing with a car accident and didn’t know what ways to go about it. Ramon dealt with the insurance company entirely for us and we didn’t have to do deal with all the headaches and stress that come with it. The car took 4 days to get repaired and when I went in to pick up the vehicle, I was incredibly happy with the way it came out. Color match was spot on, and it honestly looked a lot better than it
