Concierge Service - We take our office to you. Pick up & exchange your vehicle with a rental. Deliver your vehicle & pick up the rental when the repair is completed, so never have to leave your home or office. To ensure that your refinish work is properly maintained, Dan's Paint & Body will perform Complimentary Paint Maintenance every six months for 18 months after originally refinishing of your vehicle.

Dan’s Paint & Body was fantastic, all around. My passenger doors were shot with BBs that went clear through the paint and dented the doors. Dan’s work is fantastic! The previous damage and the repair work are entirely unnoticeable. They gave my car back spotlessly clean, inside and out. It even smelled nice. Just like new. During the repair process, there was some minor accidental damage done to the underside of my car, and the shop fixed it with a new part, no questions asked. It made me feel even better about the whole experience, to be honest. I would gladly use Dan’s again!

They wouldn't blow on the intoxalock as required and got me a 75 dollar lockout fee as the car was in the lot so long the battery died.
However, they were polite and reasonably priced for the tire they were able to actually do within five weeks. Probably a good place to go if you don't have interlock.

I took my car here to get repaired. Overall, they did an excellent job. Pete, my contact, was always professional and courteous. He informed me of all the needed repairs, costs, and time frame estimations. Unfortunately I needed repairs during a very odd time in history, which caused a lot of delays due to part shortages. Dan’s offered 18 months of paint checks after their initial repair of my car last year. Living in Arizona you expect gravel damage to your car at some point. Well I recently had the plastic casing of my headlight cracked by an errant piece of gravel, thankfully the headlight still worked. Had gotten rear ended on the freeway towing a small trailer trailer which was destroyed and my car was damaged also, and needed its tail light it's bumper and side panel repaired, or replaced. We unfortunately had a fender bender & had to file a claim with our insurance but FORTUNATELY Dan's was an approved body shop for the repairs. Thanks to Yelp I was confident about their work even though I didn't know anything about body shops. They already had our info and claim details from insurance so it was an easy drop off, walk around the car checking the damage & explaining the process. Dan's contacted me it was time for my follow up check after the body work repair from my accident a year and a half ago. I made an appointment and when I arrived I had a few additional requests to add. I told them I did not mind paying, as these requests did not have to do with the original work area. I had asked for some touch up paint, and a dash hole plug. When I had a battery installed elsewhere, the business did not replace a hood area plug. My car was returned to me washed and waxed, touch up paint handed to me and all the hood area plugs replaced. No charge. Since

Simply stated: This is the ONLY place in Tucson that I'd go to for any type of body work. The bumper on my Prius had been jarred loose by someone backing up into it. It was mostly cosmetic damage, so I didn't want to buy a whole new bumper.
The woman at the front desk (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was so sweet and nice. Linda came out, looked at our car, and then said, "Let me see what my mechanics can do." We had received estimates of almost $1,000 on it. She came back, had it fixed, told us exactly what to do if it happens again, and said there was no reason to change

I had a bit of issues after getting my car back from this body shop but I was able to meet with the manager Richard and he fixed all the issues that were caused from the repair and offered to pay for anything I personally needed to replace. At first I was not pleased with my experience but after speaking with Richard I am extremely satisfied.

I was upset when I put a dent in the back of my new Tesla. Dan's was the body shop recommended by the Tesla Service Center and I am happy I went there. From the first interaction with their staff I felt my repair was in good hands. They are very professional and follow through with their promises. The repair was completed on time for a reasonable cost and they even painted a part of the front trunk that was missing paint. And that part was complementary. Thank you Pete. If I ever need more dent repair on my car I know where to go.

The receptionist, Brenda my consultant, and the workers were so helpful. Brenda took good care of everything. She had my car rental waiting when I got there. She called me to tell me what stage my repair was in and when finished, she let me leave the rental to be picked up by them. She handled the insurance companies! 20 out of 10!

Called this morning and just wanted to get an idea of what painting my bumper would be. I know an exact price would have to be seen, but the receptionist Desiree would not transfer to an estimator. I wanted jus a possible range . You just answer phones and lost a customer because you were so rude after I nicely asked 5 times to please transfer me to an estimator.

Dan's body shop did a great job for us battling with Allstate after they offered $16.20 to repair damage where one of their insured drivers rear ended us, broke the rear bumper, crushed the muffler system,.... Excellent work (looked factory new), price covered by insurance, friendly staff, front and rearend damage to my car from being rear ended and driven into the car in front of me repaired in one week. My parents recently took their van in to be repaired at Dan's autobody because the insurance company referred them to them. There were some issues that happened with the repair of the vehicle. Initially there was a disagreement about what needed to be done to resolve the issue. But Richard worked with us to find a resolution that we were happy with. We appreciated his willingness to be flexible with the resolution. We appreciated that they took ownership of it it made things right.

Don't let the few bad reviews on here fool you, Dan's is the ONLY place I will bring my car to here in Tucson. The joke with my car is that it has a big "bulls-eye" on it; it's been hit 4 times in the past 3 years and each time I've brought it straight to Dan's.
