Troy Kampe was great to work with throughout our home buying process. Communication was excellent and he was always very responsive with text and emails. We went immediately under contract and closed on our home in a little over 3 weeks. It was such an easy process thanks to Troy for keeping on top of things. Wendy Elliott exceeded my expectations ten fold. I am an out of town property owner and she made the process of selling my condo very easy.
She went above and beyond by organizing the carpeting to be replaced, repairs to be completed attending the closing for the buyer and even writing a check out of her own pocket to cover a key deposit for me and purchasing a carbon monoxide detectors to keep the property in compliance.
