Absolutely incredible!! Went in today for my birthday and received a couples massage outside. The breeze of the air and the sound of the ocean was unreal. Loved loved loved Ricky! He is a gem! I felt so incredibly healed by his talents. He really knows how to find those knots and work them out. His spirit of healing is also a great factor of his work, healing hands for sure. Wished I lived here to become a regular. Thank you Ricky for today and thank you Hanalei Day Spa for a beautiful experience. And for the custom made salt bath :)

My husband and I were able to schedule deep tissue couples massages by the beach to relieve us from our hiking pains. We had excellent massage therapists who worked every knot out and left us feeling relaxed while listening to the waves crash against shore. Would recommend scheduling your massage here.

It really is true that some of the best gems are found in small business, unassuming locations. We were given recommendations of several other big business spas, but after reading reviews and such we we went with this one. Sooooo glad we did!! The customer service was exceptional and the massage artists were so in tune, communicative and fantastic. Truly a center for healing, rejuvenation and life!

I had the 150 minute deep tissue massage beachside and it was lovely. My massage therapist, Victor, was great - good communicator and found all of my tough spots. I'd highly recommend a massage to start or end your Kauai stay. Nothing beats listening to the ocean while you're getting a great massage. The owner, Darcy, was also very welcoming, organized and kind.

My BFF and I visited today. Actually we come here annually. Hanalei Day Spa is our HAPPY PLACE. Well, we couldnt visit in 2018 or 2019 because of a flood, and last year was out too. So you can Imagine our delight when Darci, the spa owner could fit us in. She is amazing. Can you believe she has our preference memorized!? The fact that I like/LOVE the deep tissue massage and Diana likes the lomi- lomi and she always has the BEST massage therapists. We have tried everything on the menu and it is all amazing. It is difficult to get good service lately but spa owner Darci Frankel works very hard to make her clients happy.
Being in a tropical environment they can do their services outdoors. Beachside is always my preference anyway. It was the best massage I have ever had, great view, great service!

I did not knew what to expect, and I just expierenced the most professional and heart filing spa moment I ever had. I felt taken care of and the massage was just outstanding. The massages were very relaxing and also very therapeutic. It was super friendly and easy to schedule my sessions and the location is absolutely stunning!!
If its not pouring rain, I recommend getting the upgrade to receive your massage outside in the massage hut on the beach next to the ocean

Awful experience with Darci the owner. We made a res way way in advance at 3pm and the res was later moved to 3:30p then days before our trip she moved it to 4:30p (like no big deal) -- and we had dinner reservations that conflict with this time. I am hugely disappointed and so upset, and we had to just cancel. It's just UNPROFESSIONAL.

One of the best massages I have EVER had and I have had a lot in my lifetime. I booked a 80 minute 4-hands deep tissue beach side massage and my masseuses' were Javi and Victor. They were both professional and excellent at their craft. They concentrated on the areas I requested. Darci, the owner, was very helpful and welcoming as well. The only con is it was quite pricey but well worth it!!! Next time I am ever in Kauai I will have to visit again.

I don’t know how I can ever have a massage in the future. They will all truly come short of the experience I had at Hanalei Day Spa. Darci was incredible to book with - super responsive and communicated via text because it was easier due to our planned activities / spotty service. The massage itself was a fantastic experience. Hanalei Day Spa is THE place to go for relaxation and the best Massage on the Island! Last time there we were pampered with the utmost skill and care. It was so relaxing that we both almost fell asleep! The rest of the day was one of Wonder when there were no more Aches or Pains. Let's face it after that "long Plane Flight" I would recommend setting up an appt for when you arrive and just before you leave! You won't regret it, that is for sure! Book ahead, when you find a place this good they are usually booked out way in advance**.

Not impressed!!! Used a spa finder gift card ($300) and was told she couldn't give me my change I was due ($16) so pick something out of the merchandise. Also told it could not be used for tip. Had couple's massage on beach.. it's not on the beach its on grass in front of a restaurant. Was charged $10 for prenatal (not sure why).

I always look forward to getting a massage beachside in Hanalei. The staff is always professional and today I was lucky enough to have the healing hands of Forrest (such a cool name) working on my body. I had just spent the morning doing Yoga on the bluff w/ Tulasi (another thing you need to do @ Princeville golf course) and felt so good and gumby that I thought I'd fall asleep during the massage.
Forrest did a great job getting me to that high plane of 'gumbiness' - he did find some spots along the way and worked through them. I really appreciated that. After the massage -

Had an amazing massage with Chris today! I've had a lot of massages and his massage was one of the best!
I scheduled the 2 hour Royal Hawaiian Treatment, nothing short of fabulous. 2 hours of bliss and relaxation, while listening to the waves crash on the beach.
The hot coconut oil hair treatment was heaven! My hair is so soft tonight.
It's not fancy, but a cute little cottage feel and very welcoming. I prefer that over the sterile hotel/resort stuff.
Next time I'm in Kauai, I will most definitely return. Mahalo!
