Parked new car in apartment parking lot the night before and front office was closed, when I came out the next morning and car was gone. Explained over phone that I didn’t have a chance to get a pass because my front office was CLOSED but they didn’t care and charged me $150 even thought they had it less than 10 hours. Terrible people who all deserve to have the worst day of their lives for the rest of their lives and for their car to get towed every day from here on out. Would blow the place up.

THEY STEAL YOUR STUFF. If you’re unfortunate enough to have them tow your vehicle then you can fully expect them to break your window and clean out all of your belongings. Of course it will be blamed on thiefs and they say they found it like that. It’s all a lie.I have never known a thief to vacuum their glass mess. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS

They have a job to do. It's not there fault if your payments are late or miss communicated with your vehicle lender. They try hard to keep your information from other customers. Staff are professional and polite treat them with respect you get respect. No I don't work here nor do I know anyone who works there had my vehicle repossessed paid my payment got my vehicle.
