My insurance provider USA a partner partners with several towing companies across Richmond. And I have no idea why is it took 13 Hours from the time I first requested a toe 5 company's and two hours of my personal time attempting to help the 1st towing company get my truck on the roebeck halfway just for him to deside his truck wasn't big enough to tow my truck. I wish I could give this company less than 1 star. It took over an hour and a half for them to arrive. Extremely unprofessional and they contacted me via text and phone call every hour demanding payment, when I had already informed them that my insurance would be covering it. do not give this company your personal information because they border line harassed me. Extremely condescending and kept saying "that's not how this works" when discussing payment. None of the owners or employees know the concept of running a business, which may explain why the ratings are so low. I asked that

The driver was late and when I called several times to checked the status, apparently the driver did not like me questioning him. When he arrived, he was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. Ordered me to get in the car while it was on the ramp to back it off the tilted ramp. I stated I was not comfortable doing that and he became extremely aggressive! I don’t know who he thinks he is but I would NEVER use this service. Especially if you are a woman. Extremely disrespectful! A service vehicle noticed my wheel was close to falling off. They then flagged me down, tightened my lug nuts, followed me home to safety,gave me a card and sent me on my way with a recommendation. Our car broke down late at night and we were many miles away from our destination. The gentleman working were very efficient and helpful, they even drove us to a hotel we booked. On top of the great service we received, the whole time it took for them to come was an hour compared to the other company's estimate of 4 hours minimum.

After a debacle of not having right tools for tire change and another service leaving me waiting and the abandoning me, Stranded Towing showed up super fast. Their tech was very helpful, respectful, kind and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better response. This is what customer service should look like! 5 stars... thank you Stranded Towing!

Absolutely would not recommend this towing company!!! Had my daughter's car fixed at Stan's... When going to pick up my car I was told that Someone from Stranded Towing Had hit my daughter's car in the lot. Elmer thought it would be best if we just split the cost of getting it fixed.. They hit it... Wasn't sure why we would pay half..... One of the men from the towing company was extremely rude and arrogant with me.. We like honesty ... Shady people and they are not honest!! I feel like because it was me and my daughter they took advantage of us.

The price quoted was reasonable. No qualifications like "if we don't have anything else to do " were given. I told them if I didn't get the vehicle moved today, I would lose it and that I had to leave at 9 to go to work an hour away.. I had just been given notice this afternoon. I called between 3 and 4 in the afternoon. At 9 tonight I canceled the order. No one showed up, no one called to give status, I called 3-4 times. Dispatcher admitted other people were given priority over me even though road closures had been advertised for weeks before .

ST: Yep, they will be there in 45-60 min. One ahead of you then they will head your way.
Me: (6:50) Just checking to see the status of my tire change.
ST: They will be there in 15-20 minutes max. There is 1 ahead of you. Oh yeah. Where are you located at?
Me: (8am) Checking on the status.
ST: They're headed your way.
To their credit. He did show up at 8:10 and quickly change the tire. I'm just confused why the first one took him 3 hours and mine took 6 minutes.

I had my tire replaced one morning and the guy, Rodney, was pretty nice. Once he was done he asked me if I wanted a receipt and I told him yes. He told me to text the number on his business card and request one and he's have one sent to my email. I literally texted the phone the day of and he asked for my email to send the receipt. Nothing. I texted again four times on separate occasions and got no response. Not sure if he's running a legit business or not, but he's defiantly NOT professional. Plus, he only takes cash. Sketch. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!

I would not recommend this service to anyone I told them I was stranded they said they were on the way after 7 hours and them not being here I called bck to ask why has it been 7 hours and my car is not here nor have anyone called me to tell me wats going on and his response was now it's gone be 10 hours and I can call someone else and hung up on me

THEY LEFT MY FRIEND (who has chronic illness) SITTING IN THE RAIN AND COLD FOR TWO HOURS!! They kept stringing him along and telling him they were almost there so he didn't call someone else.
When the driver FINALLY got there, he admitted he WASN'T EVEN IN THE COUNTY when he got the call.
After I complained to the dispatcher, an "owner" called me to calm me down. He didn't do what he said he would do and I believe he was the dispatcher calling from another number.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: THEY CHARGED MY FRIEND'S CREDIT
