Technician was very professional, explained what he was doing to verify that my new thermostat would work on my system. Installation was quick and clean. Justin made sure to answer my questions and made it easy to understand how the new thermostat worked. Have use Engerypro for other jobs in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Definitely a 5 star review on all counts.

Todd and Darrin arrived on time (13 Aug 2021) and explained that they were here to replace the furnace section of my HVAC system. The landlord had requested a replacement and had notified me that they would be coming. Both guys introduced themselves to me and Todd explained exactly what they were going to do. He said that it would take approximately 4 hours. The guys laid down a protective covering, so that the old furnace/new furnace would not damage the floor. They worked continually for the next 5 1/2 hours until the job was completed. They cleaned up the area so that it looked like no one

The heat went out in our duplex. Jordan was able to get the heat back on that night and in fact came back on his own time to make sure everything was working well. Jordan and Carl repaired the heating system and we were very happy with their work. They were on time , professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

Worst customer service I have ever received in my entire adult life (and this is the first online review I have ever felt obligated to write).
After booking my appointment several days in advance (and having to move around my work schedule and kids schedule) I was given a 4 hour time slot (pretty standard). The day of the appointment I was texted that Reid was on his way and a voicemail by Adrian was left stating the same as the text (awesome).

This family owned business is the real deal! Fantastic does not do justice to describe this young company. A few months back I hired Reid's company to install a new Trane HVAC system complete with new air handler and new plywood flooring for the attic access. Not only did they quickly accomplish the task with superior workmanship, they also… quoted me a very fair project cost which was much lower than their local competitors! I am super satisfied and happy with not only with what I paid, but also for the great service, outstanding communication, and their 'old world' honest business ethics
