Chris did a nice job replacing the valve on the pipe leading to the outside hose connection.
I asked him if he was vaccinated because my wife has gone through numerous surgeries and her immune system has been compromised. So she is vulnerable to the virus. He said he was not vaccinated so I gave him a mask to wear since he did not have one. I also kept my distance.
In the future, I want only vaccinated technicians in my house. I think DS Plumbing should require their people to be vaccinated. It's the decent thing to do. I've heard all the excuses. But do it for your customers, if not for yourself

Now that we’ve FINALLY gotten our refund I think it’s safe to BLAST the absolute worst company I have EVER dealt with! Anyone that knows me knows I don’t just go on a rant for no reason...Dependable Service Plumbing & Air is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I’ve been in customer service 15 years now. I truly hope no one else ever has to go through what we did. Becoming a home owner has taught us a lot and of course things are gonna happen but I honestly can’t believe ANY company is allowed to treat ppl this way. I mean being late and not
