My brother saw northwest physicians group this week to get checkup for automobile accident he was checked out
But never physically looked at left foot very swollen sore black and blue will get you appt to get xray of left foot CMON STILL WAITING ITS FRACTURED PEOPLE ON HIS FEET ALL DAY PLEASE GET HIM HIS APPT IN PAIN VERYUNCOMFORTABLE Patient satisfaction was very poor!!!

When you start asking questions here because you are concerned about the treatment plan they are putting you on they get aggressive, attitudes, and looked at like you are stupid. I know what's best for you because I'm a medical professional. Do not let these people hop onto your pain train from an accident and overcharge you till you have no settlement left. Never had a doctor's office solicit lawyers before, and ask me 5 times before they even took my bp if I had a lawyer.
Place felt like a scam. Oh but hey you can get your medical card here every Tuesday. Cause that's when the doctor is in.

I am so grateful that I found this place I wish I did find it sooner though bc I have had some really awful experiences. Dr. Richard is heaven sent and I am so thankful that I found a doctor who actually listens to me and cares about my health. I was in a bad car accident 7 months ago and have a bad injury from it now and I have seen some really rude docs who don't care to help me and being denied care bc of me being in an accident but he actually talks to me is sympathetic and everyone is so nice in the office. They dont treat me as just another person in pain but they do really care. I would

Amazing staff all around from the time you walk in until you leave. Dr. Brannon was amazing.
There was an issue that came up concerning my medical records and my anxiety started to kick in. Shout out to Sherry who did her best to help me. Dr. Brannon has a great sense of humor and is very understanding. I really appreciated him at that time for putting me at ease.
I highly recommend this place for any of your needs.
