The guy did a wonderful job on a rainy cold day and minimized the outdoor elements. I thought it took longer to dry but realized the damp weather didn't help.

They do great work but need more vans or some other solution. Booked them for a move-out cleaning. Got a call on Saturday that one of their vans broke and my house was the furthest away so they were canceling my Tuesday appt. Currently jumping through my butt to find someone else in the next two days.

Shayne is such an amazing guy!! Punctual, professional and a hardworker...he cleans everything like he would clean his own house, I am sure of that! Look no further, this is your guy!!! Thank you, Shayne!

I have used Carpet Zen for a few years. I have a sectional that I get cleaned a few times a year. They do an excellent job, are affordable and flexible with my schedule. I’ve also used them for tile grout cleaning and laminate floor cleaning. I highly recommend their services!

Shayne was absolutely amazing! We were in the process of moving and discovered some absolutely horrible pet odors in two of the rooms. They materialized after the house was sitting without AC in the middle of the Summer.
He was responsive, punctual, personable, and explained our options clearly. He offered additional tips to help treat the carpets between services. With kids and pets we definitely look forward to regular cleanings.

Carpet Zen and Shane is the best carpet cleaning company serving Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock and beyond. Reasonable prices, quality work and outstanding customer service. You can't go wrong hiring them.

Probably not the cheapest but the service was A+. Easy to make an appointment online (very important to me). We had a bit of an emergency situation of a very sick dog required some rug and upholstery cleaning. No corners cut and everything looks like new. Highly recommended.

Shayne was wonderful. He was professional, approachable and just a nice person. He was organized, and quick. He was not in a hurry and was genuinely interested in completing the work well.

I found Carpet Zen on Groupon and left a message to schedule a carpet cleaning. My call was returned very quickly, after hours actually as I called that evening, and they fit us in to clean our entire upstairs (4 bedrooms and living/game room) within days.

We have a dual staircase which we added along with the pet enzyme treatment and he had no problem accommodating our requests.
