Skill, talent, and an eye for creating a visually-appealing piece of art on the face and body comprise a great Makeup Artist. Each client has a different look and facial feature, as well as a personal preference as to how they like their makeup applied. It is the Permanent Makeup Artist's job to watch, listen and re-create a one-of-a-kind look.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, vibrant eyes and healthy skin are believed to be an indication of one's internal health and well being. Acupuncture and Natural Facial Rejuvenation are the keys to beautiful skin. These specific treatments help target areas that require additional attention. As we get older, it becomes difficult for Qi to flow upwards to lift and sculpt the face.
To enhance your skin care treatment, you have the option of incorporating acupuncture, acupressure points, Gua Sha or cupping to move Qi and blood. An at-home skin care regimen is crucial to maintaining beautiful skin. Using professional skin care products, such as Skin Script Rx, has the ability to feed and nourish your skin type to enhance your texture, tone and vibrancy.
I have provided men and women with full body waxing since 2001. All waxing services are provided in a private treatment room and are conducted in a professional manner. Due to age, ethnicity or hormonal imbalances, women tend to grow small fuzzy facial hair. Due to aging, hair can become coarse or thicker either on the lateral sides of the lips or below the chin area.
Swedish Massage is to enhance circulation and promote relaxation. In a clinical progression we assess the soft tissue to locate areas of pathology and to facilitate change in that tissue to promote homeostasis. Adhesions are binding of adjacent layers of soft tissue, two or more muscles, layers in the muscle or muscle fibers; fascia and muscle or fascial layers, indicating tissue ischemia, dehydration or thickening.

I've been going to Karreen now about 3 years now on a friends recommendation (I get my eyebrows waxed and on occasion nose hairs lol) and she is extremely professional and friendly. Pays attention to every little detail and prices are great. Highly recommend! Also my girfriend has gotten a Reiki massage from her and is excellent at that too! I cant say enough good things :-)

The energy in Karreen's studio was great. It totally put me at ease and she was kind. She explained everything to me thoroughly and what to expect. She keeps it real. I wanted to have a sprinkling of freckles on my nose, cheeks, chin and forehead. On a scale of 1-10, the pain was a 1, barely. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will go back again!

I've had Karreen create my permanent eye makeup several times over the years. She gives an incredible service beginning with instructions on how to prepare for the procedure and comfort and humor while it is being performed along with triple-checks in the mirror to make sure you like it. Included in the cost is a touch-up, which is a nice bonus. I LOVE the way she does my scanty eyebrows and will drive two states over to have her do them! She's the best--she seems to think of everything!

Worth The Drive--I live in Gilbert and a friend recommended Karreen for my permanent makeup procedure. I was afraid at first, but Karreen told me how to prep prior to the procedure and it was almost painless and I wasn't stressed out. This was three years ago and the liner looks the same as the day she did it! It's such a time saver. I highly recommend her skills if you've been wanting to have it done. Thinking of doing my brows next!

My wife recommended me to Karreen who did her permanent make up she was very pleased with her service. They were talking about acupuncture my wife knew I was considering the procedure for back pain of my lower back pain that I have been enduring for the last 30 yrs. I've worked ranches worked cattle broke horses which all contributed to the bone degeneration . There are days i can function while enduring pain at work for 12 hr day shift some day's and other days I spasm which are very painful and put you done for a couple day's. Karreen is so gentle with acupuncture, I was so scared when she introduced me to cosmetic acupuncture. She is so calm and I didn't feel a thing. I am a military wife, who has adapted to the lifestyle of constantly relocating. One of the worst aspects of that is trying to find a new GOOD aesthetician and stylist. Going from reviews and locations its always luck of the draw on trying a new person/place and usually a disappointment. Thankfully I found Ingrid not long after moving to Tucson and she's been incredible! and has great prices!! Win Win!

I am a HUGE fan of this place! Karreen, the owner of this salon is just wonderful! I went to her for reflexology (foot massage) and I promise you this, you will leave feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. She has such a warm and genuine personality which made it even better, as if it could get any better. Bottom line is I love supporting local business' especially ones when you walk in you feel so warm and comfortable. She treats you like family and really loves what she does. The salon is so quaint and eclectic you will love how its decorated.

I am so excited about my new salon. I had my hair done last night by Ingrid Gina, who has just joined the welcoming group at Karreen's. This little salon is located next to the Dunkin Donuts at Grant and Swan, and I think is one little secret that Tucson needs to know about. I am so impressed with the range of services available here! From waxing to full hair service to nails & pedis to permanent makeup to reflexology and craniosacral treatments, you can spend the whole day at this place! And it is so comfortable and homey, you just might!
