First time there for watch battery replacement and band pin replacement. The entrance is up a set of steps which made it difficult to tell exactly what door to use and whether it was actually open.

His work is stunning, he’s been cleaning and working on my mothers jewelry for years! There is no one I would trust more with my precious jewelry than him. He’s currently fixing my family heirloom engagement… ring that needed a bit more work than we expected! Joe is very honest and straight forward about what work needs to be done, and what is the best option for the price. He truly loves what he does! I can’t wait to get my ring back, I know it’s going to be gorgeous and well done. He’s very good at keeping up to date on what’s going on with your jewelry
