They have everything in the meat area that you could want including all of the spices, butcher string, and a lot of other basics. Everything looks fresh and there is huge variety.

It's ok. Should have more variety especially bone in steak. I will have to get back to you about the quality of what I bought.

Since Bridgetown Finer meats isn't doing their infamous fish fry this year for safety precautions, we have had to go elsewhere. We found out about R&R's fish fry from some fellow west-siders who claimed it was legit. They aren't wrong! The fish sandwiches are crispy, delicious and huge and come with tarter sauce on the side. We added izzy's pickles when we got home because you can't eat fish fry without pickles! They offer you white or rye bread, we got rye. We also ordered sides- crinkle-cut fries, Mac, green beans and coleslaw. The sides were just ok- we all felt

This family owned meat market has been around for many years. They have known me for over 35 years. They are family orientated and have the best products. The have been a pillar of our community. If you want the best, the freshest at a good price this is the place to go. I highly recommend this meat market to everyone. They are friendly and has the best service in all of flatbush.

They were the best, but recently they sold us bad meat. My husband purchased some ground beef on Saturday evening that had turned brown after the blood ran out of it, and chicken that smelled horrible. As soon as I opened the bag I could smell it. Then while cleaning my ribs I could see that they too were not fresh. I was so angry and disappointed that they would sell him this stuff. It wasn't even worth keeping in my refrigerator to return on Tuesday after the memorial day week, I put in in the garbage. I hope this is just a mishap because of the time they were closed and not their new normal

What kind of place doesn't put something as basic as hours of operation on their website??

Haven't been there, plan to go tomorrow and it's just annoying because I don't know their hours, especially with businesses apt to change hours on a holiday weekend.

Please, kindly list your hours of operation. Pretty basic but very helpful info.

Very friendly staff! They walked me through any questions I had. There were lots of people who very obviously frequent this butcher. They had a wide array of salads and cold items. Again, with many butchers I would like to see pricing clearly stated somewhere. I understand the prices change with market prices but even a chalk board with the "popular" items prices for that day or week would be extremely helpful for us on a somewhat limited budget! The items we did get from there was great, the steaks were fantastic!

A nice local butcher shop. There were a couple other customers while I was there. The men behind the counter seemed to know them. Customer service was outstanding. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. When I said I wasn't ready, he told me to "take my time," and to "ask if I have any questions." He also offered my daughter a crunchy pretzel rod while I looked.

The meat looked very fresh. Lots of different cuts and preparations to choose from. There were a bunch of side dishes. A cooler on the side had milk, eggs, cheese products, and some frozen items.

The meat from here is outstanding. If you want ground chicken, they will grind it fresh for you and it's so much better than the store. Their ground beef is fresh ground, same day too. Meat is so more tender with just the right amount of fat. You can tell the difference. The butchers are all knowledgeable and helpful. Because I like to try complicated recipes on weekends, I've asked for a lot of specific and unusual cuts and nearly always got exactly what I needed. This is truly a terrific place to buy meat.

This is likely the best butcher in town. The quality of all of it is as good as you can purchase in cincinnati.

Buy hamburger from them. Prices are very comparable to Kroger or Walmart but the meat is such a higher quality. It's hard to believe. If you want burgers just ask them to make you some quarter pounders and they'll do it for you real quick. All they need is a light seasoning on top and some time on grill or cast iron pan and they are literally the beat burgers you've had. Also never buy stew beef or cube steak from anyplace else. This is literally the best, period.

Attended an event that was catered by R&R over the weekend for Thanksgiving. All of the food was provided hot, so that was the draw to choosing this company over others who only cater with cold food (didn't know that was a thing...).
I'll just do a run down of each item offered:
- turkey - dry even though it was serve drowning in gravy, though nicely separated into light and dark meat.
- stuffing- served in strange wet stuffing balls? Very weird and covered in gravy, but probably contained the most flavor out of everything
- sweet potatoes - this hit an all time low. I love sweet
