He sits doew wn with you and really listens to what your needs are and ascertains the budget with which in you are hoping to sell or buy in. He and his team then go to work and like the flick of HARRY POTTER'S wand, "Presto", before you know it your home is sold or that home you always wanted is yours and you are moving in. Darrell and his staff are hands down the absolute best in the business. They are the only realtors I know that literally do something unique each day to market each home they lost. I contacted Darrell when my daughter was wanting to buy her first home
Darrell was very good at explaining the buying process to my daughter . He took time to sit down with her and explain how the buying process worked . This was her first home buying experience and it was a nice one for her she was able to contact Darrell at any time with any questions and he was very good at getting right back to her. I have also in the past spoke with others in the office and they have always been friendly and vey pleasant.

We've used Darrell and his team for 8 transactions (both as buyers and sellers) over the past decade or so, and they are top notch.
There are a lot of Realtors out there who tout "service"... but there's more to it than putting someone in your car and driving them around to look at 100 properties.
When you're looking to buy or sell (or especially invest!) it's important that you work with someone who KNOWS the market, is savvy on investment opportunities, timing, negotiations, pricing, etc.
It's clear in working with them that they have a passion for educating
