Welcome to BellHaus Fitness, Fort Worth's premier strength training gym. Located in the Near Southside neighborhood, our small-group class structure allows us to provide specialized attention and build a strong, supportive community. We believe strength is a master quality, and by improving that, your fitness and overall quality of live will improve.

In our classes, we will focus on barbells, kettlebells, body weight movements, and calisthenics. Our programming is designed to be scalable and progressive, accessible to all and with a clear, achievable goal in mind. Each StrongFirst certified coach at BellHaus Fitness is an expert in their field, dedicated to helping you find success.
Services
To us, strength is a master quality and comes first and foremost in our training. In line with this, we offer strength-based barbell and kettlebell sessions, where we focus on the quality of our strength, without compromise. As no bridge is built with only one support beam, we supplement our strength practice with conditioning "burners" at the end of each class, which facilitate lean muscle growth and the calorie burn everyone longs for.
Small-group classes provides the best of both worlds - personalized attention and a strong community. Classes are limited to 10 people or less and are designed for all levels to ensure an effective and safe workout for all. Barbell and Kettlebell training times are offered morning, noon, and night, accommodating a variety of schedules.

I was a member here for over a year! Best gym experience I've had to date. Matt is super knowledgeable and a great teacher. I always felt like I was learning about building strength while not hurting myself.
Bellhaus is also super open to people from all walks of life and levels of current fitness (i.e., you'll be fine starting there even if you haven't done anything in years...as I hadn't).
A few pics from the gym included. I now work out from home due to work timing restrictions, but I feel confident in the foundation built at Bellhaus Fitness.

I love this place. It's a real gym... the owner, Matt, is completely knowledgeable in body movement and will help you focus on your form, which allows for a more efficient workout.

I've been going to Bellhaus for about 14 months now (and my wife has been going there for years as a founding member), and it has been a transformative experience for me with respect to building practical strength (predominantly through kettlebell/barbell work) and developing confidence in a gym/workout environment. That latter point was a big issue for me, as I'd joined a number of gyms before but never really felt comfortable exercising in a gym until Bellhaus. Just started and I'm loving it! There is always something new to learn to condition and strengthen your body. Classes do not feel repetitive - sessions are always varied. Also extremely experienced and qualified coach! You'll love it!

Currently I go to BellHaus on Tuesday's and take advantage of the community class offered, and I love it. Mainly because it's nice to try something new, and have someone take the time to teach you the form, being mainly a runner, I've learned to add in strength training slowly to help balance out my routines. I plan to in the future do the fundamentals class on Saturdays, then hopefully one day get in to do an actual training program! The atmosphere and people I've met here are beyond awesome!! Y'all need to check it out!

All I can say is good things about Bellhaus! Great workouts, but even better instruction! Matt takes the time to make sure each move is done properly, with a focus on quality over quantity. Besides all that Pek is the best mascot/cheerleader/coach ever! Definitely recommend.
