Our group training classes offer the best of both worlds - programming and community. Progressions are designed to include all fitness levels and offer challenging workouts that create positive results for the member: to move naturally, function properly and perform better at everyday life. Group training times are offered 6 days a week at a variety of times to accommodate nearly any busy schedule.

I wanted to wait a few months before deciding how I felt about this gym. I have to admit I absolutely love it! The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. The members are friendly and encourage each other. The group training classes are smaller and it allows the trainer time to work with everyone so there is no slacking or hanging out in the back where no one can see you. The members are so friendly and encourage each other. You can just feed off their energy. I look forward to working out even after a long busy day.

Always know when I leave here, my hour was well spent. Incredibly challenged to push myself beyond what I think I can do, but am always able to do what I thought I couldn't and actually enjoy doing it. Great gym, great equipment and encouraging instructors. They help you focus on the right form and getting results.

Best gym experience you'll ever have! It's never too crowded. The facility is always clean.. The fitness equipment is high-quality. The other members have all been kind and supportive, like you are working out as part of a team.
The highest praise goes to the owners, Brandon and Zia. They greet every single member by name. They know your individual strengths, limitations, and workout goals. They are both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and actively help make your workout experience the best it can be.

Best gym I've ever been a part of. I've been working with Brandon and Zia since they opened and can't say enough good things about my experience. The group training classes are tough, creative, and lots of fun. The time spent on technique development teaches you the basics in order to take your workouts to the next level. The staff are knowledgable and take the time to work on your specific needs, especially injury prevention. I really like the emphasis on functional moves and whole body health versus the monotony found at most gyms. I would recommend Forged to anyone, any age, any fitness level
