We recently reached out to Billy after trying to sell our home FSBO for a couple weeks with no luck. Billy quickly responded to our needs and within 2 days had beautiful pictures, as well as drone imaging, done on our property and home. Within a weeks time our home was listed and under contract. I literally opened Google and searched for realtors in my local area and Billy was the highest rated, so we went with him! It was not only great to find an an amazing realtor but Billy feels more like family. He is personable and very honest. You will not have to worry about responsiveness either. Billy first helped our son find a house. We came to trust his opinion and he was very helpful when we needed to find inspectors and contractors. He was and is extremely responsive and always helpful. We liked him so much that we used him to sell our own house when my husband’s job moved us out of state.
