Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
Property sales amount on Form 1099 was wrong. My capital gain tax for sales of rental property amount on my tax return will be audited by IRS due to this incorrect amount on Form 1099. Anyone want to be audited by IRS?
Mailing address on Form 1099 was wrong.
Mortgage pay off account number was wrong. Anyone want to pay off someone else's mortgage with your money?

Sitting at the table on settlement day, we had to have docs reprinted because the mortgage company listed for payoff, wasn't our mortgage provider. Then, I had to call 2 days after settlement to ask where my proceeds were because we hadn't gotten them. I had to send multiple emails about funds held in escrow for a water bill only to find out they sent the request for the reading to the wrong place. So the reading did not take place until 2 weeks after we had moved and already settled on our house. Even better is the part where I had to argue with them that I was not responsible for the days I didn
