I ordered dinner for 12 for my husband’s birthday- he loves soul food. The chicken was tender and seasoned to perfection, the garlic parmesan mashed potatoes were the perfect consistency and oh so savory, and the mac n cheese was out of this world- the best I’ve ever tasted. This food was nothing short of a party in our mouths. We will be back!

I'm constantly in search for a good Soul Food spot since I left NY Sylvia's as my go to spot. I saw this place and said why not since it looked good on Instagram. I ordered the braised oxtails that is served with rice, the Mac n Cheese with the collard greens, candied yams and banana pudding. I also tried the red velvet cake.The oxtails were very tender but not much flavor. The collard greens were nicely seasoned along with the rice. I was really upset though about the Mac and Cheese since I am a Mac and Cheese snob . It tasted like they threw cheddar cheese on top of the noodles and

I started my search early for a caterer that would suite my needs and menu desires. I contacted M&R Catering Company, LLC by speaking to the Owner. I explained my needs in detail and wanted to know her pricing structure. The Owner provided me with the information requested. From there I was able to develop a budget for my upcoming event.

I love this family owned catering company, their prices are affordable the services were professional/excellent. The food was so delicious; she gave us a taste of the Caribbean for my party guests and they are still talking about the food had almost a month later....Thank you M&R Catering for everything! I highly recommend this catering company to anyone who needs catering for their event. Lets not also forget about the DJ entertainment...The best DJ ever!!!
