Very helpful. Very courteous Lady. There was no problem removing our personal property from the car.

I was in an accident and police called a wrecker. The driver stated that he could haul it and the insurance company takes it from there. This happened 2 days before Christmas. No adjusters or body guys available until a few Days after. Now I have a storage bill for the car. Almost 500 bucks for 5 days. Absolute thrives and takes advantage of someone's misfortune.

My husband was in a horrible accident a few days ago. When we went to get some of his belongings, we were told we had 15 minutes to go through an extremely full work truck filled with glass. The woman, while holding her pit Bull, kept telling us “times up”. We had to pay additional fees to go and empty out the rest of OUR PROPERTY. I do not recommend.

Amazing just amazing customer service was top top notch no lie. But I'm still on the fence because of the questionable service that still wasn't met. Move on with still no answers to the main point of buying. Good luck maybe they have their hands full who knows ‍

The workers were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us get all the information we needed and offered contact information as well.

The owner of this tow yard is the best, for the first time, they weren't disrespectful but on the contrary we're very helpful, and for the first time I didn't mind paying for my tow fees! Best customer service in the nation. Other tow truck companies should take notes

I am not impressed with there service. I will not recommend anyone for there services. They want to charge for a crashed motorcycle to help load. Owner thinks customers are criminals based on there rules and policy. I would recommend any other wrecker service other than them. If I could give no stars it would make me feel a whole lot better.

I tried to leave my home with all of this snow and found out very quickly I could not go anywhere. AAAA Was dispatched and arrived within about 15 minutes. Brian Graves the driver, was quick efficient I knew exactly what needed to be done to get my car safely home. I cannot say how much I appreciate his professionalism in taking care of my car and helping me back to my home. I highly recommend this company for any of your wrecking and towing needs. I had an accident on Friday March 6th. My car was towed to AAAA Wrecker co. that night. So when I called the company to see what I needed to do to get my car to State Farm's lot to get Checked out. I called 3 different times and was told that the hours were within a certain time (Mon-fri 8-5). When I was finally able to go (Friday the 13th) I went to the back and got my things I signed a RELEASE form. Had to get my car out of impound after my nephew got pulled over. The young lady working that evening was very polite and helpful. She got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. She helped make make a bad day a little bit better.

Highly recommend!! I had a non-towing emergency and just needed helping strapping some items back down on my truck. I’m 7 months pregnant and was traveling through OKC with my 3 year old with me and couldn’t get anyone else to come and help me. I have NO Complaints with this company. In fact, I would like to give them a rave review. They were dispatched through my roadside company on Monday and my appointment was scheduled for 11a the following day. They were coming to pickup my motorcycle, and then take it to the motorcycle repair shop. They arrived a few minutes after 11a, loaded my bike and had it at the shop in a timely manner. I don’t believe the entire process was longer than an hour or so and my bike was carefully & safely secured. The shop was not too far from my house and I arrived as it was being carefully & safely unloaded

Their drivers will hit your vehicle if you don't do what they think you should be doing, they curse at you, and they assume those reflective stripes on their coveralls makes them special.

I lost the wheel and hub on my box trailer. Called 4 different tow companies and they were the only one that would handle it. They were very professional and called with info about my tow. Thank you, AAAAtowing great job.

When i had my wreck, AAAA wrecker came super quick and made the whole process so easy. I was able to go back to their yard and pick up belongings! At the yard, their staff was so friendly and very helpful! Wonderful people!!

Short version is, ROYAL SCREW JOINT! Pad bills and add fees just to screw people out of money. I wouldn't trust this place to tow my ex-wife's car. $325 bill for 1 ONE day. Vehicle wasn't wrecked or anything. You can view the invoice through the glass. The driver made over $200 on the screw job fees. Honestly, I'd push my stuff before using this place.

My car was wrecked Saturday and this company was dispatched to pick up my car. I called today (Monday) to release my car. The man I spoke to was rude, said ok when I told him my insurance was coming to pick up my car and then hung up on me. (He said 2 words through the entire conversation.) My insurance company called them again to verify because of the rudeness and they were hung up on 3 times before he would tell them they had my car and would release it. VERY Rude!!! Horrible service! My little sister was in a wreck and totaled her car. She was visibly shaken. She did not think to get her personal belongings out of the car before it was towed away. I arrived after the car was loaded up by the wrecker service and the officer on the scene suggested I take her in to be examined by a physician because of the impact, the seat belt burns, and the air bags deployed. As the wrecker drove off I asked my sister where her purse was because if her health insurance card. She is only 16... Her reply was its in my car. I called the dispatch at the wrecker service

If I can rate them a negative, I would rate them as a do not have your car towed there under any circumstances. Have it towed anywhere but there. Things were stolen out of car and they are now being rude and not wanting to take care of the issue.

If I could put a half star I would. Service is terrible. They even have a sign that says. I don't have an attitude I have an attitude you can't handle. Enough said. I would recommend using some other services.
