In 1962, Al Muzny started our company with a single wrecker and a small Texaco gas station. With a handful of employees, he worked hard to forge strong bonds with customers through mutual respect, and consistently exceeded their expectations. In 1969, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issued its first tow truck license to Al Muzny: Certificate No. 0001.
Twenty years later, we reached a significant milestone when we were awarded a contract with the City of Oklahoma City for towing operations in the Northwest quadrant. At that time, we moved the offices and yard to their present location on North Villa Avenue. We have expanded the yard several times since then and can now accommodate more cars than any other towing company in the area.

Here are forms you will need to get your vehicle released to an insurance company, or to a friend or relative. You can also submit a form to authorize payment using a credit card. The "Affidavit of Nonuse" form can be used instead of proof of insurance if your vehicle is uninsured because it is no longer being driven.

Just a heads up. If you have used them before their prices have doubled. They conveniently didn't mention that they were double prices after the first of 2022 until my car was already at the dealership. The other local shops around here may not have as many trucks but are honest about the price and price reasonably.

Mustafa is the man! My car blew a rear axle along with both rear tires on the highway and I had tow companies tell me my car was too low to the ground and it was impossible to get my car on a truck. But luckily Mustafa was determined to help me out in the middle of the night while I was stranded on the highway. Best tow service I’ve ever gotten!

DO NOT USE them we used to tow my brothers car and when they put the car down they damaged the car. We reached out to them and they said they did not do the damage and they have proof however he blocked our phone numbers when we requested proof of the images he also told us to stop calling them. Awful service please do not spend your money with them there customer service is horrible and they damaged the car even more.

They may be a decent place but when one of the drivers is behind you and berating you because you aren't running a red light and constantly honking it's not a good look. Maybe the gentleman was having a bad day but their is no reason to honk at other drivers who are stopped at a red light which is what you are supposed to do. Either way I hope his day gets better.

They just leave you in your vehicle on the bed of the wrecker going down the highway and he messed my car up getting it off the wrecker and I never got a reply to my emails because of their negligence. I've got a video I sent them and they apparently don't care that they break the law and put you in danger.

The best, my car over heated so I called my insurance (Allstate) for a tow since I have roadside assistance. Two hours has passed and they still couldn't find me a tow.
So I called arrow wrecker services and within 15-30 minutes they showed up.

I just wanted to say thank you to the dispatcher and tow truck driver that rescued me off the highway yesterday. I was just getting off the turnpike, heading to I35N when my van began to shake then die. The dispatcher was very busy but found the time to go out of her way to help me and find a driver! Then the driver was fast at hookup, gave me great advice, and the price was perfect for this coast to coast driver.
Traveling alone is hard enough but when you don't know who to call that is trustworthy is even harder.

Parked in the wrong spot in Midtown and had my car towed last Sunday (honest mistake). As much as that sucks, I've gotta hand it to these people! Within the hour and a half I was in church they picked up my vehicle, had it processed, and it was sitting in their impound lot when I arrived. They were extremely polite and kind as I paid my dues for my mistake. If I ever had to get my car towed again, I'd hope it was by Arrow!

Terrible service! Unreliable!!
This company received a call from my husband on a Friday requesting help moving a fifth wheel trailer from OKC to Edmond, he left a message with a lady who said we would hear back from them in about 45 minutes!!
Nope!!
About 3 hours later we called back and was able to speak to a someone, and was told thy WOULD be able to meet us at the repair shop before 5pm and they would call about 20 minutes before arriving. No call came!! So we called just to make sure, and we were told "sorry he won't be able to help you today, he is still out!!!"

Came and towed my car from scene of accident. When I went to get any belongings that had been left in the car many items were missing. $200 dollar software and several other less expensive items were taken. Very disappointed with this company. I will never allow my vehicles to be towed by them no matter what the situation is.
