My experience with Burnell's was nothing other than top notch. I worked with Cari Harper and she was a great resource throughout this process. She kept notes from months prior and when the day came to make an order, she made it a priority to get things done. Communication was kept and she set expectations on the wait time, which was spot on. The ring came out absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier. Thank you for the amazing service!

I had a Shinola watch on my Christmas list several years ago. I liked that they were made in Detroit, good looking, and easy to read....even without reading glasses! It was wrapped up under the tree, and has been a favorite since then. It needed a new battery and the staff at Burnell's took care of me on a busy Saturday.afternoon. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

We bought my beautiful ring 27 years ago. I always enjoyed taking it to them for a free cleaning and checkup. One day I foolishly left my ring on while working with a horse. It got connected into the lead rope as the horse was pulling back. I ended up with a spiral fracture in my ring ring and a cut off, misshapen ring. Today, when I went into Burnell’s to pick up my rejuvenated ring, I felt like that love struck girl of 27 years ago! They did an absolutely wonderful job of restoring it to brand new. Burnell's is such a lovely place. They have a great selection and are wonderful at helping you find what you want. Channing gave my rings a cleaning and helped me realize that my engagement ring setting was probably not the best for me and assisted in finding something more sturdy and stylistically my taste. She was so nice and helpful! Excited to get it back soon :)

My husband and I had custom rings made that incorporated the stones from our original wedding bands along with new diamonds. From start to finish, we could not have been more pleased with our Burnell’s experience or the final product. Nathan was exceptional to work with and we were so impressed with the CAD software he used to design something to our exact specifications. We had gone to a local national chain jewelry store to discuss a custom design and were provided with a hand drawn, very rough sketch. The software Burnell’s uses to design a ring really is amazing! My BF and have frequented many jewelry stores and happened upon Burnell's after messaging them on Yelp! Nathan Regan, the manager, was so quick with a response and invited me to the store to meet with him regarding a unique ring design.
Upon arrival, we were greeted and Nathan showed us to his little creative space in the corner of the store. He explained his credentials (been in the business for over 2 decades - designing and creating rings of all sorts!) and tried to get an idea as to what I wanted!

We went to Burnell's for our wedding bands and my engagement ring. They are truly wonderful there. After visiting some chain jewelry stores, we realized just how knowledgeable they are in comparison to those other stores who just want to sell you something. I went into Burnell's looking for a new setting for my diamond. We were immediately greeted by Cari. She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and obvious likes her job. This is what an honest jewelry store feels like. You may pay a bit more than other "questionable 50% off" stores but you can rest easily that you are getting quality and what you pay for. They are friendly and their designs are to die for. Their appraisals are really detailed and they will look at stones you may have purchased elsewhere.
