I understand there are a lot of people who get upset if their aide is late or if something comes up and they have to cancel. But people need to realize that they more than likely are NOT the only person that aide has to see that day.
I saw a review a minute ago that was complaining about their aide who comes 5 days a week for 3 hours and complained that the aide was always late. More than likely what had happened was that she might have had another client before this one and she got held up a little longer than she was supposed too.

Terrible professionalism , treats employees & clients poorly .. They only care about making money at the very end of the day , they act off of personal feelings rather from a professional standpoint.. So if they don’t like you or can’t run over you or if they do something wrong and you bring it to their attention of their wrongdoings, they will find ways to get rid of you & that goes for clients & aids .. They also have very poor communication between clients & aids as stated in some other reviews.. not to mention the aids aren’t paid well at all for the amount of emotional/physical trauma

This company is unreliable and unprofessional showed up 2 1/2 days out of 5 now have no coverage for this week. They have no problem letting staff leave half way through a shift leaving person without a aide obviously they should not be in this business as they are not able to meet the requirements.

To be transparent, I am a full time employee of ABC Health Care.
When asked to describe my work environment, the first word that comes to mind is FAMILY.
It does not matter your relationship to the company ie: employee, client, case manager, or pizza delivery person, when you cross the threshold into our office you are treated as a member of our family.
It is refreshing to work for a company that pushes me to be my best and cares enough about me to do so.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. There is NEVER an aide that comes regularly, and, if there is no aide, you will find that out on your own. Never a phone call from the company. Very laid back with employees attendance, professionalism, or otherwise. If you are completely disabled, find a company who is concerned about your well being. It's NOT ABC. If they feel like there is a relative or other who can care for the patient (that ABC is billing for), they will let them do it, whether it's convenient for you or whomever. #EMBARRASSMENT

I would like to note that the reviewer who gave the company 5 stars is under the name of one of the owner's children. I would not want to assume the owner used their daughter's name to provide a review, but I also feel the general public deserves to know the outlier review could be an owner or family member, not a client or employee.

As a home heath care agent, I have to say great company to work for if you want to be late, leave work late or call off when ever you want. No worries your job is still safe. Horrible company if your looking for a home heath care provider. The aids are wonderful don't get me wrong, but that is if you can get them to show up at your home on time and stay until there shift ends. Heck you would be lucky if an aid completed a full weeks work. The aid that comes to my house for 3 hours a day 5 days a week....EVERY SINGLE WEEK ITS EITHER SHE COMES LATE, LEAVES EARLY OR CALLS OFF. SERIOUSLY YOU WORK 3
