Scottsdale Integrative Acupuncture and Shelley are amazing! I was traveling to Phoenix and found myself missing my regular acupuncture and cupping treatments from home. Shelley took great care of me - she fosters a very healing atmosphere that's calm and soothing. She took my travel stress, anxiety and general discomforts right away! I'm so glad I booked - I hope to be back in Scottsdale area again soon for more treatments!

Great Experience retrieving acupuncture from Constance.
I have been receiving acupuncture for just over 3 months now and the results so far are amazing.
Just recently I had a minor shoulder injury and Constance was able to provide cupping and back acupuncture isolated to the injury to improve the healing process.
After just a day I can already feel the improvement in my shoulder from her treatment.
Wonderful person to talk to, very kind and open hearted individual who is a master at her craft of healing and acupuncture.
Recommend her for anyone looking for high quality service.

I saw Constance a few days ago because I had a lower back muscle spasm that just would not go away. I tried stretching, heat, cold, and for 3 weeks I hadn’t gotten much traction. Constance discovered that a muscle in my hip and lowers back we’re working together to make my life miserable. After a 1 hour session I already started feeling noticeably better, albeit a little achy, and this morning I woke up for the first time in almost a month with no lower back pain that I had expected to take my breath away when I sat up. Constance is wonderful! I have been plagued by lower back pain on and off for years and she has worked wonders. I've experienced both acupuncture and cupping and I can truly say it has been the most effective type of treatment I've ever had. Constance herself has the most amazing healing spirit. Stepping into her office is always a calming and medicinal experience. I will never go to anyone else!

Constance is incredible!!!! Plagued by a very bad lower back my entire life, to the point my primary Physician was pushing me to look into surgery. Constance in a very short period of time has me running around like a teenager again. Scratch that! I truly feel better then I did in my teens. Pain level is pretty much none existent, mobility, strength and endurance is through the roof. Every time I see Constance I am constantly amazed and impressed by how knowledgeable she about the human body and how incredibly effective each treatment is. I have been attending acupuncture for almost four years now and have no problem stating it’s the best, most efficient, and enthralling type of medicine currently used in today’s society. I went in originally for an ankle injury that impeded my work and wound up going back for other issues I’ve had my entire life including severe anxiety and depression. Acupuncture has helped me conquer them all in waves I didn’t think possible.
