Today I had a wonderful experience with Monica. She was so helpful in confirming a sign order and even promptly sent photos of the completed installation right after I inquired. Service is very important to me, and Deesign was there to make sure that my every need was met. I can't recommend them enough, simply because they go above and beyond for their customers.

Great place to store your signs and anytime you need it you can just call them and they'll install the sign and post for $45 within 1-2 days it's up! And just a quick call if you need it to be taken down. Even if you don't buy the signs from them you can store any signs up to 8 or 10 signs for a 1 time flat rate of $30. Highly recommended using their services!

Don't do it. The quality is meh, the process is poor, you'll be lucky to get what you ordered the first time. They are nearly incommunicado and it feels like their staff is in another country. My first signs were a little messed up but I rolled with it. Now my second and last, and I mean last, I will remember these clowns, is 10 days ordered and 9 days confirmed, and NO COMMUNICATION on when I can maybe, um, you know, expect them? Not even a "hold on, let me find out," more like a "f if we care." Last. Order. Ever.

Dee Sign is great! Have worked with them for over 16 years now and they have always been easy to communicate with, responsive, timely with their turnaround times and sign installation. Their operations are top notch and can always rely on them. If you have a chance visit their warehouse where you can see where all the magic happens and meet the customer service, design, and install team. Super nice and great service.

Dee Sign was awesome. I called to inquire about signs and pricing and I found them to be professional, efficient, and helpful. I ordered 8 "A Frame" signs which stack well inside my garage and SUV. They were finished on-time and look great. Be sure to ask to pick them up if you are willing - it will save quite a bit in shipping and you have the chance to get other items at the warehouse like riders, flags, and laser strips.

I have to say I am very impressed with Dee Signs! I was a bit worried after reading all the reviews. I just wanted to say I ordered 6 personal open house signs 9/10/19, they estimated them being done 9/19/19. I am local so I said I could pick them up when they are ready. I got a call on 9/12/19 saying they are ready. I picked them up and they are great! I will definitely use them again! Thank you Kayla for the fast response all through email! I appreciate how fast they were completed, just in time for my open houses this weekend!!!

Tried to place an order with this company and decided to go elsewhere due to unprofessional and lazy staff.
I went on their website and gave contact info.
I was emailed the next day by a Nicole. She explained I would have to submit a "Service Application" to even start the process. She wouldn't give any information, prices, or timelines without this. I filled out and nobody got back to me. I had to call Nicole the following day to followup and ask what the next step was. She said she does not handle that, that I would need to contact Sales.
After 2 days of the above, an Adela

One of the worst vendors I've ever worked with, and I warn everyone to stay away. How this place is still in business bewilders me and I should've read the reviews on Yelp before ordering.
I usually get my signs and riders from Lowen Signs, but my broker recommended Dee Sign. After comparing prices on both websites, it seemed Dee Sign was significantly cheaper. However, when you checkout on their page, tax and shipping are not included in the total price and they don't even give you an estimate of how much shipping will be. I figured, I trust my broker, I'll just order it.

Horrible customer service and they do NOT keep their word. Must be understaffed also if they can't get Realtor Signs up nearly a week after requesting. They don't work on Monday's and say 24-48 hour to fulfill orders. Requested last Friday that my sign should go up on Wednesday and even was told it would go by up by 7p that day. Thursday they claim the driver was in accident so no delivery that day but will be delivered on Friday. They will leave also you hanging around holidays and say they could not find your signs so they can get off early.
