We worked with Masciel Real Estate to buy our home and then to refinance. Every step of the way, from top to bottom, was clearly explained and patiently clarified. I originally used Masciel Real Estate to manage a rental property. I was happy with their management and when it was time to sell the property I decided I would list with them. Gary was very professional in handling all the details. Gary had a lot of good contacts in regards to preparing my rental property for sale. My ex tenant left the property in very bad shape and Gary had excellent people who replaced the garage door, replaced broken windows, an excellent carpet cleaner and a glazer who made the sink look brand new. I had multiple offers and Gary chose the correct one as the escrow went smooth. His assistant was also very responsive in my contacts with her.

I cannot speak highly enough of Gary Masciel as our real estate agent. I was new to home selling and Gary was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. We used Masciel Real Estate this past year on the recommendation of a family friend. Boy did we luck out! Gary and Garret handled 3 real estate transactions for us over a 10 month period and they were just super to work with. They are full service and handled every detail. They are also lovely and warm people who genuinely care about their clients.
Although I am glad that all our transactions are concluded, I can honestly say I am genuinely missing their presence in our daily lives. I got used to seeing their smiling faces and consider them friends now.
