Services
We start out all new members with a consultation so we can go over your goals and design a program that will be right for you. We know it's intimidating starting something new! That's why we'll take the steps to meet you on the first visit and take you through the ropes. Our gym membership includes all scheduled group classes, nutrition work and accountability.
This is like a Netflix trial, Free for a month and you can cancel at ANY time and not be charged. You can cancel at literally any time right from the mind body account (that you will create before you check out). You will get access code and instructions to the gym 24/7 upon sign up and can start right away!
A big kid playground. Our 4,000 square foot facility in industrial Walker's Point neighborhood is not your typical gym. You won't find machines or people milling around quietly listening to their own headphones. The facility is loaded with implements to engage your natural movement patterns and build a body that moves with both strength and grace.

I highly recommend CoMotion fitness! The equipment is in great condition and the gym is very clean. There’s a wide variety of equipment that allows for unique workouts. The staff is incredibly friendly and the owner is very kind and accommodating. I have the highest regard for this small business and strongly recommend trying it out and supporting local!

I'm in town for the week visiting family and needed somewhere to work out. CoMotion is the only gym I could find that was equipped with all the weird functional equipment I like (bars, balls, ropes, rings, parallettes, hurdles, etc) but didnt try to make me take some group class in order to use it the way Crossfit gyms do. The gym was clean, the music was good (I brought my own but still noticed what the system was bumping), the hours are perfect (24/7 access) and the one staff member on duty (Travis) was cool. I was in downtown Milwaukee for a couple days, and the place I was staying doesn’t have a gym. I found CoMotion on Google and contacted Nate for drop-ins.
Nate was very kind and gave me a generous rate. I went in the mornings, the space is always clean and cool. I enjoyed every workout at CoMotion, and can’t wait to come back :)

My boyfriend and I were looking for a gym during the pandemic (February 2021) that was in compliance with the CDC regulations. We hadn't gone to a gym in almost a year due to the pandemic so cleanliness was a must. Nate is the owner and gave us a tour. We absolutely loved the place. It was exactly what we were looking for. Huge open space that included many different types of equipment to fancy almost every workout style imaginable. Nate also made sure we stayed on track with workout plans and checking in with us weekly. It definitely helped us from slacking. He also offered small group classes

Great gym with a very positive and inviting atmosphere! I signed up for the trial period and haven’t missed a week day since. Nate and Avery make sure to create creative and interactive workouts that keep you engaged, but can be done at your own pace so any experience level from beginner to expert can complete them. Only a month in and this is already the best decision of 2021.

Love this place and the humans so much. Personalized work out and diet. Group classes don't feel like work. Members aren't intimidating and it truly feels like a community. Thanks to comotion's workout plan I'm the envy of all my friends, I pulled me a baller man and I don't have to work at the mall again.

This gym is unlike any other traditional gym I've ever worked out at. First when you come in, you realize no one is wearing shoes. I was immediately intrigued. We showed up to work out with Jeanne Marie, who we connected with via Instagram. She asked us our basic fitness history and then we began with some stretches. It was the most unique stretching session I've experienced, in the best way. It was range of motion tailored to us. The funny part was not only did it stretch us and warm us up, but it also was basically the beginning of the workout because it tired me out as well.

We worked out with Jeanne Marie at CoMotion and it was the most unique and fun workout we have done in a while. It is all based around natural movements and circuits of sorts. We did so many new types of movements and exercises. We came in with the goal of doing a pull up someday and Jeanne gave us so many tools and knowledge in just ONE session. The gym is also pretty much shoe-free which is different and fun! It is definitely worth checking out and I highly recommend working with Jeanne Marie.

This is not your typical gym. Everyone is on a name to name basis and extremely inviting. I entered the 6 week challenge hoping to lose 10 pounds. They provided me with a meal plan (a guide for eating out too!), grocery shopping list, tons of healthy recipes for during and after the challenge, and an accountability coach who checked in on me weekly. Their class schedule is extremely flexible and offers a variety of classes tailored to your specific needs. By following their diet suggestions and attending at least 3 classes a week, I was able to surpass my goal and lost almost 12 pounds! Overall

I felt welcome from the day I walked in at CoMotion fitness. The instructors are all professionals and really know about fitness and health. This was a great experience for me and I know anyone can do it. I am not a very athletic person, and I was not motivated to do any exercise on my own, but having CoMotion fitness instructors helping me, allow me achieve something I have never done. The changes were very noticeable by others.

I recently moved to Milwaukee and needed a new gym. I was previously stuck in light cardio/yoga rut and was nervous about starting a new workout routine. I'm only in my trial phase but I really appreciate this place for its culture and support. The workouts are fun, engaging, and I don't feel pressure to push myself too hard. The trainers have been awesome at breaking down the motions for me. I feel like my body is getting great benefits from this style of exercise.

I've been watching and learning from Kellen on YouTube for a year or so and I decided to make the drive to Milwaukee from Chicago to meet and train with him. So glad I did. A friend and I participated in the open community workout on Saturday morning and it was everything I look for in a workout: challenging but flexible enough to be open to my level of skill, a great mix of movements, skills and patterns, a chill, welcoming group of people, fun. It was awesome. We left feeling energized, happy and psyched.
