With a maximum 6 people per group you are sure to get the attention of a private training session at a fraction of the price! Our small group sessions offer workout individuality to best suite each person's needs and goals.
Our Boot Camp and Small Group challenges are an excellent way to kickstart your fitness journey and try out Wild Workouts and Wellness without signing an agreement. Our challenges run for 21 to 28 days and focus not just on working out but also on instruction, whether that be for fitness, nutrition or overall wellness.

Went here for their buddy week while I was visiting my sister in town. Carla created an insanely interesting and challenging workout based around pi day(March 14). The workout had me sweating in an environment that felt totally comfortable and clean. If I lived closer the the gym, I would definitely be a member. Thank you Carla for the awesome, fun workout!

Wild Workouts will change how you view exercise. Never boring or routine. Lots of support from coaches and members who care about each other being successful. Everyone supported and celebrated at their own level. Opportunity to try before signing the dotted line allows you to make the right decision for your exercise needs/goals. No regrets.

Never wanting to join I gym I won a trial package in a raffle. Me? Join a gym? No way! After much internal debate, I took a chance and fell in love with the process and the workouts (the variety, extra classes beyond boot camp, wellness & nutrition). It is hard & challenging and the coaches gently nudge you but it is also rewarding and caring group - my extended workout family and most of all it is fun. For a first gym joiner, I am super happy to have selected this one and will continue my journey with them.

I've tried so many places to workout. And this one truly feels like home. The staff and other members are great. No intimidation at all. That's what won me over first.
But then the workouts! Phew, they can be killers! But they make them really fun. You definitely leave sweaty but smiling! Feeling great for the rest of your day.

I was terrified to join a gym. I've always been the uncoordinated and awkward one, but I was roped in by a friend to come to a class. I was able to witness the caring, energetic, knowledgeable and coaches at work. The community was so supportive and I saw people at all ages and fitness levels doing their personal best. I joined a challenge nearly two years ago and was hooked- I've been a member ever since. I love the ever changing boot camps. Even when I go 5 times a week- it's never the same boot camp twice! The coaches are witty and make great modifications for more of a challenge or to protect

When I was invited for "free friend" workout, I was skeptical. The idea of me working out in a boot camp class seemed crazy, but I was hooked after one class. The energy and expertise brought by all of the trainers is incredible. They know just how to push you while still making it seem possible through encouragement and individualized accommodations. I am 8 months in, going strong and getting stronger each day. I feel like WILD is teaching me to be the healthiest version of myself!

I joined Wild almost 3 months ago and have loved every second of it. My lifestyle before was a lot of TV, sitting in my comfy recliner a lot, eating Wendy's and Taco Bell. Not healthy! I have tried a number of different fad diets and fitness routines over the years, none lasting longer than a couple weeks. Finally, I found the secret - Wild! It is exactly what I needed to start getting my butt in shape. Having someone there pushing me and telling me what to do and showing me how to do it has been amazing. And I just love feeling my body and spirit getting healthier and happier with each passing

I have been a Wild client for over three years and am still excited to go to boot camp and specialty classes there. The coaches are all top-notch, and provide just the right mix of push and support. They are great at accommodating different levels of fitness without making clients feel singled out or uncomfortable. In addition, even though Wild has grown considerably over the last few years, there is a sense of community that I have never experienced had another gym. It is truly a special place!
