Gentile's Bakery, Catering & Deli has been family owned and operated since 1993. At a young age, Filippo and Rachele moved from a small town, Macchiagodena located in the region of Molise in Italy. They worked hard to save up for their dream. The family opened up a little store on on Ridge Road in Parma 20 years ago preparing pizza and subs for their customers.
The Signature Strawberry Cassata Cake is a crowd pleaser! Delicious and elegant, our handmade Cassata cake is sure to be a favorite. Our Cassata is made with layers of sponge cake, filled with pastry cream and fresh sliced strawberries. Choose from a selection of our handmade mousse filings: Chocolate, Raspberry, Lemon or Oreo.
