Property acquisition-we have the knowledge and resources to locate land or an existing vacant building for the best price, that can be retrofitted and is ideal for your business location. We leverage our relationships with financial institutions and our financial resources to successfully acquire the desired property.
Our tenant's needs and interests are our first priority. As owners of a diverse portfolio of properties we have first hand experience providing full service property management. No one understands more than a property owner the importance of being responsive to tenant needs, the need for efficient record keeping and reporting systems, tax preparation, and effective cost maintenance.
Jim Cassady holds a MBA from CSU Sacramento where he also received his B.S. in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Account. As the CFO Jim is responsible for the office operations and providing client accounting support for development projects and property management. Jim's reports are very detailed providing Fit's clients a clear understanding of their projects and real estate income and expenses.
Chris performs an array of many different accounting functions for Fit Development. She assists Jim with all of the daily, monthly and annual accounting from A/P and A/R to bank reconciliations, annual budgets, annual CAM reconciliations for all of our properties, Cash Flow statements and many other tasks.
