Nice establishment and helpful and friendly employees. Went here a few years back for a ring solder and sizing. Work came out very nicely. More recently went for another ring sizing. Was finished in a couple of days. Sizing was as requested but the fit didn’t feel quite right, so they sized it down again without additional cost. We really appreciated this. Would definitely return and would recommend to others!

It was such a pleasure to work with Doug and his amazing team! We were very unhappy with the style of our original engagement ring, which we ordered some place else. So we needed a new setting for our diamond. Doug paid attention to everything, provided us with CAD videos several times to make sure even the smallest details were perfect! The result was above and beyond our expectations. Both the engagement ring and a matching bend were so beautiful, so elegant. Working with such kind, respectful and attentive people was a joy! I was extremely happy with the result. Thank you guys!

Best place to ring shop, relaxed environment with the convenience of being able to try multiple peices. I was able to find what I wanted online and see it in house and customize it to my exact vision. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and doesn't hover; while also answering your questions. They Make the experience fun and enjoyable while making sure to get what you want. I definitely recommend this place hands down. I've been to other places that would get the job done but have a hit and a miss on other stores experiences I have been to a few stores and by FAR Here is the best way to go! You won

My parents were visiting Seattle and were looking for a wedding ring and band for my fiance to buy for me. I had been wanting a ring in the shape of a hexagon that I had only been able to find online, which I was not comfortable with purchasing. Doug spoke with my parents and talked to them about making a custom ring. He called me over the phone and asked me about my preferences and said that my custom ring would be ready in time for my wedding, which was very close, only 3 to 4 weeks away from when he met my parents. Doug went above and beyond to find and cut the stone I wanted, and worked off
