We are in the process of buying a house in Monroe, ga and we live un FL. With only having to be in GA for one day, (next day from my call). I call Rick and he schedule My inspection for 10am since we was only for a day. He was amazing!!!!! inspect the entire house,(new house) told us all the things that he found,(minimal cosmetics) help us with placing tapes in things that need it to be fix and we got the report in our hands by 5pm. What a awesome job, service and deliver!! THANK YOU Rick. I will pass your information to anyone that is looking for a house inspector.
