Keith was very responsive, friendly and accessible throughout the entire process. From our first conversation to the last, he thoroughly explained the process of my home inspection to me. It was clear that he is on the home buyers side. Even when the initial inspection date was rescheduled one day prior to, Keith was still available to offer his services. Courteous, quick to respond to all of my questions via text, updated me promptly about progress, very detailed comments with photos, available to do inspection next day after I called (our due diligence on the property was 3 days, so we were on a time crunch). Also contacted a third party radon inspector when I asked about radon testing and had them set up the test day of my request. Would highly recommend.
