My car got towed from a parking lot, $225.00 but it was easier than dealing with PPA! I can't be mad at them for doing their job, when I called I reached a friendly guy who told me everything I needed to know and I got my car back. Great service on time, nice customer service on the phone and at the office, professional guys.

If this company towed your car, better belive they'll steal everything thing can from it, I was on vacation for 2 weeks, and came to the surprise these people dug through my car and stole all my belongings, 3 tool bags, 4 power drills, 2 hand truck, portable speakers... about $2k in Items they gave me back less than half of these items and claimed that there was nothing else, I confronted employee about it, he stated ( the owner of the shop took everything because he thought your car was abandoned, they had the car 7 days, towed 11/08/21, I picked up the car 11/15/21

I called them at 10:22am for a towing service. They texted me at 11:25am. Saying they will be here in 5 mins. And I called back at 12:04pm cause nobody showed up. He told me: they saw the car is no longer there so they left. I swear to god the car is still there blocking my driveway. And I didn't see any towing truck around. I don't know why these people waste my time. I've been nice and polite the whole time. I am disappointed.

These guys are okay only problem is they have been quite busy lately it's a little hard to get then to fit you into their schedule I can't say that they've ever damaged any of my cars and I have used them for years I give them a thumbs up but five stores is not doable in recent times as I have not actually been able to give them to tow a car for me still not bad guys just believe they're too busy

Second time i used this company because my insurance company calls them directly. Great job again, this time with Don. Never saw a car put on a flatbed that quickly and safely, and he did that while directing traffic around his truck because the street was kind of narrow. Then got me to the dealership ASAP. Great work.

I wish there were a "no star" or "0 star" rating. The absolute worst service ever. Was told that they would be at my towing location within an hour. 1.5 hours later and they still didn't get to us. We called the company 3 times and they gave us attitude about calling them. It is the worst company and customer service we have ever witnessed EVER!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible... I called yesterday at about 5 and I'm told he's too busy call tomorrow I'll be in at 7. I call at 730 and he says "well I won't be able to get there until after at least 90 mins" so I said anytime after 930 is good and he says ok give me a call when you're ready. Im at work so I tell my grandmother to give a call and to say that shes ready and he just tells her were too busy and hangs up. So I call back to let him know that the woman was calling for me (who already got a confirmation from him) and he says awww man I'm too

Had the pleasure of having my car towed by this company. It was parked in a spot where I have parked for years. Huh? They had put up their own signs without permission, and a fake contract. The company is obviously predatory, and taking advantage of philly's decaying government. See the new article in philly.com where others have had the same problem.

My son was traveling through Camden to go to a concert when his truck broke down. Of all places .. Camden , NJ. He called and they came. The driver was very accommodating and helpful. We ran out of options because our insurance company could not provide a place to tow to. The tow company offered their services to repair his truck. Sure enough within 24 hrs. the truck was repaired and at a very reasonable price. AND this was on a Saturday ! These guys run 24 hrs a day helping those that are stranded. I wish there were more places that operate like this where I live. Good people and service
