I had a horrible and terrifying experience at this clinic I lost my baby due to malpractice and neglect from this place. I was 19 weeks pregnant and found out that my baby’s heart beat had stopped 3 weeks ago. I was seen 3 weeks ago on 11/30/21 Alma was unable to hear my baby’s heartbeat with the machine so she did a really fast ultrasound on me and stated everything was ok with my baby I trusted her word and left straight to Quest to have my AFP blood work done the same day Alma never called me to inform me that my blood work had came out abnormal. She called me 3 weeks later which was on

I have recently changed OBGYN providers for prenatal services and the front office staff is extremely worse than my last provider. First they cant schedule me because they need medical release forms, understandable, I immediately did that. Called three times after having that form faxed over and each call made less sense than the first. They gave me completely different reasons as to why I couldn't be seen (1. I needed the release form 2. I was "too far along" 3. They somehow didn't upload my form) and this has just been a horrible run around. I honestly thought my last provider was unprofessional

The wait can be exhausting for some, which is really not that bad if you want an excellent doctor. However, the wait is the least of my worry, just goes to show what great of a team they are... I'm fortunate to say that the medical team with Dr. Atiga is awesome and take care of their patients. I'm talking about from the front desk to the back rooms. He delivered my last child and has been my head OBGYN for 5 years now, he also performed surgery on me a couples months back and let me tell you that the before and aftercare, follow ups and all were great. Lola whom is who handles insurance issues
