Several people recommended I visit Gossage for a second opinion on a ring I had made, but I didn’t not get a good vibe from this jeweler. The man I spoke to didn’t seem interested to help me told me to just go back to where I bought it even though I mentioned several times I was there for a second opinion from a professional. Almost felt like he wanted us to leave. Can’t say I recommend this place.

This is a family jewelry store that knows how to deal with customers. It's not very big but it does have a nice selection.
We had some custom work done be Gossage and the work was beautiful. Prices are what you might expect for fine jewelry.

Absolutely the only place we buy jewelry of any kind. My husband has purchased all of my fine jewelry there for over 20 years of marriage. They always are spot on when he comes in and asks for "help" to pick something out. Never have been disappointed. Lisa, Chuck and all of the family are very knowledgeable about quality and ALWAYS goes above and beyond for us. Highly recommend them for ANY jewelry and diamond needs. Totally the best quality stones and customer service of anywhere. Don't waste time or money with big box chain stores.

This shop was recommended to me a year ago when I needed some work done on a couple of rings and I finally got around to having them sized a couple of weeks ago.
I couldn't have had a better experience, from their professionalism to communication, the high level of work they did, their friendliness, etc. The rings are beautiful, clean, the perfect size and the whole process took only a week. I would recommend them highly for anyone who needs work done on their jewelry!

We had some stones we wanted to have set and researched a few jewelers. When we visited Gossage, we let them know we were still brainstorming and likely wouldn't be buying anything that day. This didn't matter, Kari still spent a lot of time showing us various options and didn't try to pressure us into buying anything. In addition, we were under a time crunch and needed the ring setting ordered and stones set in about a week. We knew this was a tight probably impossible turn around, but Gossage didn't even break a sweat

My wife and I have bought three rings here over the last year, and we couldn't be happier with the level of service we received! They always seemed to be bending over backwards to help us in our search for the perfect rings. All while keeping our budget and desires in mind. We never felt as if we were being guided, or pressured, into anything we didn't want. We will almost assuredly be back!

Therefore I ended up here, chatting with a very nice woman about their amazing and different array of estate jewelry, and he longer we chatted and she fixed my watch, the more I realized why they're the best rated jewelry store on Yelp!

My boyfriend was looking for diamond earrings as a gift for me and had visited two other jewelers in the area before we came here. We loved that everyone at Gossage was family and was so kind and not pushy. They only showed us bigger sizes when we asked to see them, rather than trying to push us to a higher price point. Then, their prices were so much better than the other jewelers we visited! We bought the earrings on the spot and I love them. They also offered to replace a missing back on a pair of gold earrings, when I mentioned it.

I had my wedding ring (engagement ring and wedding band which have been joined already) re-sized (smaller) here. I am extremely happy with their work and customer service. They were friendly, it was super fast for both the pick-up and drop-off (both times I was in and out in less than 5 minutes). They only charged me $35. This is the second time I have had the ring re-sized after having a baby (my fingers took over a year to completely go back to their normal size), and the first place I went (I won't name) charged me $150 plus tax to re-size this ring. I bought my husband's wedding band here and it was a great experience. I went to 3 places and Gossage had the best price for the same ring. They are a family owned place and very kind people. I didn't feel pressure or out of place like I did in other jewelry stores. I felt good giving my business to this charming local shop. I am simply IN LOVE with my engagement ring from Gossage. They did a phenomenal job making my fiancé and me feel comfortable during the process. We had been to several jewelry stores in the area looking for the right people to turn his family heirloom into a stunning engagement ring. I can't say enough good things about this place. Chuck and the whole team made me feel so welcome from the minute I walked into the store. I had searched other places for engagement rings and there was no experience close to what I had at Gossage Jewelers.
They took the time to educate me on diamonds and really paid attention to what I was looking for. They did a wonderful job explaining the whole process to me and made sure I fully understood exactly what I was purchasing. They gave me a more than fair price and the end product was amazing.

Even though I no longer live in Nashville, I couldn't trust any jeweler except Gossages to get a copy of my grandmother's ring made. I wear this ring every day, and I couldn't be happier to have it back on my finger. It looks identical to the original, absolutely perfect, and it was a fair price. Growing up I always had my jewelry repaired here (I broke a lot of watch faces). It's a family owned business and taking excellent care of their customers is their specialty.

I highly recomend Gossage Jewelers! We wanted to find a trusted jewelry store to help with multiple repairs and did some searching online. We found Gossage Jewelers via super positive Yelp reviews and decided to give them a try. They lived up to their 5 star rating! This is a family business with Chuck the owner a 4th generation Gossage. He/they treat customers like valued guests, listening well to requests/questions and finding solutions to meet customer needs.

I purchased an engagement ring from Gossage after several unpleasant experiences at other jewelry stores around town. Gossage takes pride in their service, not financing options as is the custom of other jewelers around Nashville. They took time to listen and helped me find the perfect ring.
